Nope.
Another user on the old forums said they'd have to send the PC version through full Microsoft certification to do it, so I can't blame them for not adding it.
You can try a profiling program like Xpadder. Or there are some modified .inis that restore gamepad functionality to as much of the game as possible, though what's possible is sadly incomplete.

Don't understand why they don't give customers the option. I play tons of MMOS as well as other games on my computer and am comfortable using keyboard/mouse but occasionally I hook up my computer to my 50" TV and relax on the couch or lay down while I play. I'm expecting to play this non stop once I get it so if i'm unable to use my wireless xbox 360 controller I might just pick it up for the 360 which would mean settling for worst graphics and overall performance.
I haven't had much luck with xpadder, joy2stick etc in the past so hopefully at the very least BioWare bites the bullet for ME3 , goes through the Microsoft certification in order to cater to those gamers like myself who likes using the controller for long gaming sessions.

Same here, i was unlucky to expect that since this was also coming out for the x360 that their controller would be supported for PC. Not so! I'm quite disappointed cause I wanted to play this from the couch. Failure. Almost all AAA games support the controller well. Yet not this one unfortunately...
Edit: someone pls hack support in
