Holy crap... first time I'm doing min\maxed "Do all possible missions" run of DA: O + all expansions and I played as a mage (AW\BM) in origins. I got to awakening in level 25 and respec'd via the tome and choose the new skills + battle mage.
on level 26 right now I pwn everything so easily but...
You get a companion on vigil keep which is a rogue tailored for archery...
I use the respec tome on him set him as bard\ranger\duelist(only first 3 for this spec just for defense buffs).
using rapid shot\supressing\accuracy\bard song as dps buffs on him he 1 shot everything at level 25! damn all of his abilities (Critical shot etc...) hit around 800-900 damage per arrow and I didn't even bought him a decent gear yet!
damn archery is total Legolas mode in awakening.
