At the end of act 2, I said I will give the Relic to Qunari, then I found a body with a letter on it, says that she gone with the relic. I have romance with her, and high friendship. I search Wiki, and it tell me Isabela should come back before I fight Qunari's Boss. My question is, why in my game she's not come back?

and now I already finished this game, and I can't find "save game" before the end of act 2, can anyone help me? I want to keep her.

If your friendship is high enough it'll trigger a scene in the Hanged Man. You have to go through the scene for her to come back.

Exactly how high was your friendship, do you know?

not 100, but maybe 70-80. Is that not enough?

I'm fairly sure it's because you said you'd give the Tome to the qunari and not to Isabela. If you tell her that she can have it, she comes back with it, if your relationship is strong enough.

I'm pretty sure I choose that option on the friendship path and still got her to come back. But it's been a while, I'd take it with a grain of salt.

No that should be more than enough. That's odd. Perhaps because you said you'd give it to the Qunari there was enough of a drop to Rivalry that you didn't have enough. Although if you were romancing her it shouldn't matter. Do you know if you were on it properly? I think if you give certain answers to her when you sleep with her it won't continue properly.

No, she can still come back even if you say you'll give the tome to the Qunari if you meet the other requirements.

You need to have done the quest "Questioning Beliefs" even if you have slept with her

It's amazing how many different answers you'll get to the same question. Ex: "You can't say you'll give it back to the qunari," "You need to do her Questioning Beliefs quest," etc.

I'd say listen to Dragon Age Wiki but I've found many instances where that site is wrong. For example it says as long as she's romanced she'll come back regardless of if the Questioning Beliefs is completed but I really don't know. I know from experience that on my first playthrough I had her over 50 friendship yet she didn't return (not romanced). Perhaps I failed to do the Questioning Beliefs quest if that matters.

About your romance, did you say "of course not" when Isabela asked if feelings were brought into the relationship? Perhaps it's not registered as a romance if you do this even though others will act like you're in a relationship. If not, then it must be a bug. For me the Isabela romance is filled with them. I first romanced Fenris and then Isabela yet Aveline thought I was with Fenris in The Long Road. Then Fenris comforted Hawke after All That Remains but Varric said I was with Isabela afterwards in Friendly Concern. The game did treat it as an Isabela romance in Act 3, but not without a codex bug that listed both the platonic and romance options for "Isabela- Last 3 years" in the same description.

Where does it say that?

I told her to give the tome back to the Qunari and she came back. At the beginning of Act 3, I went and talked with her at the hanged man and told her I still care for her. I did the quest with the french guy, killed him causing Isabela not to have the ship. At the hanged man we had the kiss that sealed the relationship.
