Recently I bought the ME trilogy and everything works fine, however when ever I try to connect to the EA servers on ME2 it asks for a promocode. I did not see a promocode anywhere on or inside the case. All that was inside were the three discs, the manual and a small additional content card. How do I fix this?

Go to the PSN store and search for the 'Cerberus Pack.'
Download it, don't worry it is free, and you'll have no trouble connecting the the EA servers now.
