 Why Tevinter? I thought Antiva was more into that. 

I seem to remember reading something about magisters having to further blood lines no matter their orientation and so anything else was something that was done in private. Because gaining magical power through bloodlines and alliances was just as important as other methods of getting power. So even a non-hetero magister would marry and father/bear children in this pursuit.  Of course, now I can't find it.

 

Of course, that might be one of the ways that Dorian was rebelling against Tevinter culture. In which case. More power to him.

I meant it more as he is from Tevinter so I felt that he is more likely to be straight/bi than "just" gay. Unless, as I said, his sexuality is part of why he feels so strongly about rebelling against the Imperium. To which I can only clap it out for him (while I cry st8 female gamer tears about not getting with that).

 

That and I kinda frowny face at the "flamboyant" one being gay because that seems a bit... eh for me. I would prefer it to be someone less stereotypical like Sera if that makes sense?

If he uses the word "fabulous" in casual conversation, then he'd really fit the stereotype.

Poor Solas is like a hot potato.  So many straight gals are hoping he's gay and gay guys are hoping he's straight so that we get access to other options.  I kind of feel bad for him.  In any other game, he would be perfectly okay (maybe not great, but okay).  But in this game, when there are so many sexy fellas, he just doesn't muster up.

I'd take Solas over Dorian or Cullen any day

I agree (I think your post was in agreement since I was trying to point out that different people like different things).  It's part of the challenges of trying to make content like this.

 

I openly concede that there will be players that are simply not interested in any of our romance options.  It's just sort of a reality I think.

D'awwww. At the same time I'm a little disappointed that my male Inquisitor can't romance her BUT I'm happy that there's a fully lesbian character. I just hope that she's not just not available for male characters, I hope you can try to romance her and then she says "no". I'd like to see that.
