Ultimately i'm finding the standard ME3 MP medals a bit boring. Not as boring as a Harrier Ghost or Reegar AIU, but certainly not entertaining.
So i started thinking during waves for some new more interesting additions (no, there aren't any nude women, so if you come for this you can leave  ).

Handsome like Peter Parker: as a Batarian Sent or Vorcha Hunter, trap 10, 25, 50 enemies with your Submission Net.

 

For Homer Enjoyment: as a Volus Vanguard, kill 5, 10, 25 enemies with your biotic charge.

 

Disruptor Guy: playing with a biotic team, fire disruptor ammo to 10, 25, 50 already biotic primed target.

 

Master Chef: kill 1, 2, 3 Praetorians by trapping them in the Reactor.

 

I Rescue You!: kill an Abomb who is grabbing a team-mate for 1, 3, 5 times.

 

Bad Luck Brian: when on low health and under fire, consume an Ops Surv Pack but die immediately after due to lag for 1, 2, 3 times.

 

Royal Mail: on FB London, headshot 1, 3, 5 Guardians.

And I'm Back!: be sync killed, but your body falls out of the map and resurrect on the start; do it 1, 2, 3 times.

 

Like Mick Jagger: playing as a Volus, die immediately on the top of a long slope for 1, 3, 5 times.

 

I'm Too Pro!: perform 1, 3, 5 Swarmer Killstreak and shout it on your mic.


And you, have you thought about other interesting medals?

Best thing on BSN in quite a while.

Extra Baggage - Bleed out 5, 10, and 15 times in a single match.

Bellboy - Finish 1, 2, and 3 waves after having everyone else bleed out.

Get off me! - Use 1, 3, and 5 Medi-Gels while being revived by a teammate.

In addition to the one for Praetorians, there needs to be a set of medals for cooking your teammates in the reactor.

 

Also a set for ninja revives, where you revive a teammate that's about to be stomped.

 

And another for reviving a teammate directly into a sync kill.

my humble contributions:

 

Taking One For The Team: Revive your teammate right into the hands of a sync-killer 1,3,5 times

Non-Consumerist: Succesfully finish gold/plat game without any equipment

The Late Lord Frey: Join pug game at wave 11 (reward: 50k credits, 200k points)

The Long-Term Planner: Use all of your consumables in the first 3 waves

Die Hard: Die in the first enemy attack at wave 1

 

Leeroy: Be the first one to die in a wave 3,5,10 times while playing a vanguard

 

The Stunner: Survive 4 chained staggers from enemies

 

Out In A Blaze Of Glory: Over-Cover Grab a posessed abomination

What about a medal for successfully leeching?

 

Score 40k or less in Gold/Plat (no consumables/equipment used) = Bronze medal

30k or less = Silver

20k or less = Gold

 

Extraction required. IDK what you'd actually call the medal though.

Great thread and some really nice work on the medals!!   Bad Luck Brian and I Rescue you are my favorites. 

In some matches I would definitely get a golden Death and Dishonor medal. 

 

Some ideas... 

Missile Expert: fire a missile at an enemy and miss 1,2 or 3 times 

Thief: be first to ammo boxes and get all the grenades 3,5 or 10 times 

True Battlemaster: kill 1, 3 or 5 Banshees with a melee attack... as a Volus! 

Suicide mission: manage to commit suicide or kill yourself with an A-Bomb 1,2 or 3 times X eventually The true enemy: get yourself killed by a Swarmer/Seeker Swarm 1,2 or 3 times

I believe I can fly: kill 5, 10 or 15 enemies by throwing them off the map 

and not a medal, but instead of the message: Your connection to the game has been lost on wave 10/11 we could get the message: You have been trolled, U mad? along with a trollface of course.
