Eventually, the non-buyers will have their day in prison, or hell.
You could always release the game for free, and charge for extra content instead.The_mango55 wrote...
The biggest problem I think is that pirates get the game earlier. I think that might drive many people to pirate the game that would otherwise buy it.
There is a solution to this, but many people wouldn't like it, especially brick and mortar stores.
Release the digital versions first. Ship out the game to retailers just 1 or 2 days before it's released on the internet, so that stores will have it only a few days after, but there won't be retailers breaking street dates or employees taking home a copy to upload.

Change non-buyers with infidels and we can start a whole new Crusade!
But what if it was released free?Marlina wrote...

Yeah, because people can't pirate for the console
PS3 is very difficult to pirate, but 360 and Wii are SUPER easy to pirate.

I just hate pirates, but i hope bioware learns that it was a mistake to make it for pc.
So because some of us pc gamers pirates, no ones deserves the game? Go home console fanboy....HunterX6 wrote...
I was watching the new trailer of mass effect 2 (launch trailer) and there was a pirate guy telling people to download the game free and shi* bioware puts their time and money in making such great games as mass effect 2 and these cheap bastard all they do is download the game for free, how in the hell is that suppose to help the economy? I might have understanded if they at that moment didnt had or could make any kind of money but no they seem to enjoy it and dont care, according to the way they were saying it, its like "fu-- bioware we are getting it free"
so my real question is WHY did they make this game for pc? they CERTINELY dont deserve it at all! look what they doing now, mass producing that game for free, this guy said there is already 1700 people downloading tha torrent file thats a lot of money if u multiply that by 50.
