I don't use any nudity mod ( it remove underwear and I don't want to see man or woman running around in their nature clothing all the time lol) or sharp texture mod like Jh texture ( which I think broke the games art style)

Actually i'm straight but loled when those men left the dungeons of Virgil's keep totally exposed "WE have nothing except for the clothes we are wearing" "that will do" "Oghren approves" "Elven gods laugh")

I don't get the point of adding underwear textures and white teeth but no sharp texture because it kills game art style. I don't liked the white teeth mod, we were in middle ages or sort, fluor whitening pastes had not been discovered

1] Memory band, and its booster on nexus, boost experience 200% so i actually hit lv 25 before game end

2] No follower autolevel, i prefer to distribute skills & stats on the team myself, even tho i solo

3] keep blood magic & berserk activated ( I will decide when I want to switch it off, thank you)

4] blood dragon armor (obvious)

5] lock bash (cant be arsed bringing a rogue just to open chests, and i solo anyway)

6] no armor hack (nice to see a nude elf brad running around for a change)

7] dalish mage origin (it get old to start a new mage in the tower eventually, this mage start in the forest)

^^I love the Dalish mage origin too!!^^ There are so many mods out there, just look at what you are interested in. It took me a long time to get all of mine installed and all of them are compatible now.

I use the the mod for the extra dog slot. It really is a great help, I find. Plus there's a whistle you can use to call Dog.

 

Also, please do get the travel anywhere mod as well as the change your party at anytime mod. These two mods have saved me many, many times. I think I also play with the bash lock mod and the camp storage chest mod.

- Character Respecialization mod

- Polygamey to have romance with everyone with no jealous/break up conversations (would work almost perfect with Equal Love mod)

- Natural Bodies mod

- JB3 textures (if you have a good rig)

- Extra dog Slot ( THIS IS A MUST GET, for an extra party member so instead of 4 you get 5 with the dog)

- Mabari Recolour/Wolf Replacer (if you are getting extra dog slot then customize your DOG! may it be a german sheppard or a Wolf)

- Reduced Weapon VFX (makes the runic enchantment on weps lesser and less irritating to see)

- Athena's Improved Bows for DAO (for faster archery)

- Dragon Age Redesigned (is a must! makes everything still lore-friendly but a bit more beautiful)

- Improved Atmosphere

- No Helmet Hack

- White Teeth

- Morrigan Restoration Patch (if you're planning on wooing Morrigan)

- Dahlialyn's Sleep Until Dawn (for a very cute cutscene with your love one) 

 

This is the most essential mods Ive been using so there. . Most of them are from nexus reduced wep vfx would be from bioware website.
