The Royal Boon

Human Noble- Amaranthine is always given to the Wardens. Grey Wardens may be commemorated with a statue in Denerim.
Mage- Circle never given independence, Chantry refuses. New tower construed if the Warden dies.
City Elf- New elven Bann made giving the elves a greater role in Ferelden.
Dalish Elf- The Hinterlands, including Ostagar given to the Dalish. Possible settlement may cause contention with local humans.
Commoner/Noble Dwarf- Military aid allows the reclaimation of several Thaigs. New paragon and noble house established.
So will these boons have any significance in Inquisition?

That would be awesome, but I doubt there will be more than a passing mention. It would be really cool, but I can't see them opening up a massive extra playable part of the Deep Roads because my Warden requested aid for her people in Orzammar. Maybe characters will mention it, but I can't see them giving it more than that.

Don't forget the title boon.
My Cousland warden took loghain's teyrn title and Gwaren for himself.

If you go that route, the Couslands are ridiculously powerful. The player character Warden is both Teyrn of Gwaren and Arl of Amaranthine, and your brother Fergus is the Teyrn of Highever.

I don't think we'll get "a massive extra playable part of the Deep Roads" but I could see it manifesting as a significantly decreased number of darkspawn in certain areas, or maybe a reclaimed thaig or two.

Add Prince/king-Consort to that title and the Couslands are just an embarrassment of riches ![]()

I'm just going to plop this here since a few lines of dialogue give hints as to the status of some boon requests...

That would be really nice and I could see it happening, but I just don't want to get my hopes up, hahaha. It'd be cool, if we go to Orzammar, to see some humans hanging out there if they did go to aid them, at least.

The rightful monarchs of Ferelden!
I let hardened Alistair and Anora be king and queen.
Managing a whole country ain't easy, easier to rule behind the curtain this way.

Well, they pretty much are the Lannister's of Ferelden. Except no incest. They are too cool for that.

Pretty sure if they're mentioned it'll only be to explain how they don't matter.

Ha! Its definitely not a bad choice. I personally prefer to marry my noble off to the beautiful queen.
The fact that Loghain becomes his father-in-law already makes it totally worth it.

My Cousland warden took loghain's teyrn title and Gwaren for himself.
My Cousland did that and so did my mage! Ooooo, think the scandal! A mage with political power!

I liked the power behind the throne route as well.

The idea does sound appealing. I might give that ending a shot too. Besides, Alistair deserves a wife. Who needs Anora when you can have Leliana ![]()

So what happens with the mage boon again? Where was it confirmed that the chantry managed to stop it being free? I know they said that they were considering a march on it but if they don't go through with it they can't actually stop it from being freed. (Same with the circle that can open up in orzamar. I wonder what an import of 2 free circles would do)

My Warden gave her people land, and apparently it went very badly. I'm curious to know exactly what happened there, hope it's touched upon.

Few thoughts;
Yea, granting the dalish a blightland didn't work out. Who could have guessed?
I like that mod for Fenris' outfit. Snazzy.
Who's "you know who", what's her "mission", which queen aren't we telling about it, and why aren't we telling the queen about it?
Title and riches are still the way to go.

Married Alistair to Anora and conscripted Loghain. Became Teryn of Gwaren, heir to the Terynir of Highever, Arl of Amaranthine, Warden-Commander of the Ferelden Chapter... and threw it all away to follow a witch through a mirror.
Love is not a weakness.

They're much more like the Starks. House head could have been king, but turned it down in favor of someone with a better claim. General loving relationship as opposed to rampant dysfunction. Nearly wiped out, and one of the few survivors is recruited into an order that forsakes lands and titles in favor of protecting the world from a supernatural threat.
