What is up with that girl's eyes?

Fashionable accessory? Magic spell? Demonic possession? Dark Side alignment shift? Recent lyrium ingestion?

Probably just a problem in the trailer. One trailer for da2 gave cassandra white hair.

Sera had same thing, her eyes went from looking blue/gray to looking brown/hazel in newer pic's

Almost kind of hoping that it's a fashion choice/statement, rather then a design error, if only to highlight more ridiculous Orlesian fashion trends

Maybe that shot of her with the blue eyes was an older version of her, the hat doesn't look as finished as the other one. Cuz she also has that weird gray line around the "hair" line... and WHOA. Clipping at the neckline.

I think the artist probably think she looks too nice/soft  with brown eyes.

And they want to give her more mysterious /cold vibe.

 

I don't like the blue eyes , I mean she's obviously beautiful with whatever eye color , but meh...she already have a over the top fashion sense.She doesn't need to look more "special" .

I know their character design is supposed to tell a story on its own , but I'd rather have her have a sweet face and her personality clashing.Like she has a face you'd trust , but you shouldn't.

Or maybe she's a really warm person(who knows) and her cold pale eyes give you the wrong idea about her?

that doesn't mean that some of the footage couldn't possibly be old

 

the blue eyes lack the depth of the brown eyes and look like flat stamps. This suggests that they are part of an old version or a buggy shader.

Isn't it too soon to hate characters? People are entitled to their opinions of course. I just wonder how it is possible to hate characters we know next to nothing about. 

 

To be fair however, I've also seen people say they love certain DA:I characters despite having just as little to go on.

I like the blue eyes purely due to how much they stand out. Kinda like Morrigan's yellow eyes did.

Well, the grey/blue eyes do match her outfit in the second pic...so 'fashion' would be my guess.

We judge people based on what info we have on them. Even if that info is just their appearance or name. Its why people wear fancy clothes to job interviews... first impressions right? Also we have more info on Vivienne then some of the other characters, which I don't hate as much(not that I don't dislike them)

I really prefer the brown. I hope it's a messup and she's getting her brown eyes. The blue eyes just look..dead..or like she's not actually looking at anything - they're just there..it's creepy.
