Cole.
He is a Fade Spirit and doesn't belong in the mortal realm anyway. His death wouldn't be a loss so much as it is sending him back home to where he belongs.

If the 2 dagger rogue is Cole, I'd sacrifice him because he's kind of undead already. If not, I would sacrifice scribe girl. She just doesn't seem as useful or insightful as other companions.

I will remind the God of Death that all things come to an end, eventually. Meaning two things: He's not really a God of much; he has no power to really change anything. And death, as well, will come to an end one day, and thus he, too, will taste end. And the more he dispenses death, the sooner it comes. I will also introduce him to the Incompleteness Theorem and Zuse's Rechnender Raum, thus proving that he will face judgement.
... - Then, I will tell him: Not today!

Wait, no, see I ask it for it's invisibility cloak and then cover up my companions with it.

The problem with giving the player the choice of who to sacrifice (out of all companions) is that it pretty much guarantees the player's least favorite character will be the center of attention at a very important or dramatic moment. Pretty much ensuring the moment is going to fall flat since the player doesn't care much about the character anyway.
People seemed to have a lot of trouble with that when I pointed out that having Jacob inevitably being the star of the show at the climax of ME 3 was a really dumb idea.

I'll go with "Systematically determined based upon which NPC is deemed the favourite by the player" because I'm a monster ![]()

Well you would base it on time spent in the party which would either force people to spend a lot of time with a hated character, or just accept the inevitable. Or just force them to sacrifice their LI, that always goes down well.

Cullen will make an excellent sacrifice. I'm sure Leliana could multitask in his absence.
Also, I already wanted to sacrifice him to some demons in DAO.

Leliana. She's already come back once, and if it doesn't work a second time I'm tired of her anyway.

Cole, easiest choice ever. Don't trust that thing at all, yes I called him a thing, almost feel like blocking him from joining at all if the option is given. Probably gonna wake up one night with him sitting on my bed smiling with a knife in his hand.

Too bad he'll just come back out of that big hole in the sky.
