I don't know if this has been actively discussed before, because I haven't been active on the forums. If it has, lock it down or stop posting.
My question is how will regular customers know what the Cerberus Network is? It's not like Gamestop/EB Games will actively advertise the fact that if you buy the game used you have to pay an additional $15 to get all the content. I doubt that if there are any stickers on the cases they'll keep em there.
Is Bioware planning to advertise them in TV ads? Previews (where they haven't been mentioned at all)? Some other method?
I'm just worried because while I support the idea of benefits for buying the game new I don't think its possible for this to succeed unless it's advertised enough. Which, to the best of my knowledge, it hasn't been.

Probably through commercials, the internet, etc. The same way they advertise the actual game itself I would imagine.

They haven't started those campaigns yet, which is the problem. Bioware needs to drill the idea that buying the game used costs more if they really want used games sales of ME2 to decrease.
