But my games aren't being added to the cart. How do I reinstall things that they don't let me buy! Even on the internet version and the client!

My Awakenings went missing from Origin when they changed it from a game to DLC. I got on EA's chat help line and the guy just gave me a code for the Ultimate Edition, simple as that. Was very helpful and nice.
