Of whata known is Qunari is Vashoth
The Elf is Dalish for the inquisitor options.

One thing that made me curious were would the human and Dwarf been from?

My Hope are the Dwarf is either a Noble or Warrior Caste.

The Human hopefully Noble, Seeker, or Sword for hire.

What would are hopes or guesses ?

dwarf is a surface dwarf far as i know m8

For human? mercenary or typical guard i suppose, i woulda liked a Amell link again but no going to happen, ppl no like it an well what they dont like noone else can enjoy so meh, plus i think Gaider said that was the end of it after DA2, only other link i woulda liked was maybe with Couslands but doubt u could get one.

meh im easy tbh aslong as there some semblance of choice that do me

The Dwarf is House Cadash. Shale's old lost Thaig.

They're probably surface dwarves.

Pretty sure the human is the only unknown at this point. I hope that the human is a noble or a soldier of some kind. I would have to assume that the mage would have a different (or altered at the very least) background to the other two human classes.

Would very much like the Inquisitor to start with some life/combat/leadership experience under his/her belt regardless of background, a la Cmdr Shepard.

The human last name is Treyvalen (sp?) which doesn't sound Ferelden. I am hoping for a commoner... because the cut commoner and Aa'var origin sounded awesome.

It's a Cornish name actually, so probably Ferelden (Cornwall being the southern tip of England, but with Celtic roots).

It's a surname with Cornish origins I believe. Given the real world/thedas analogue, I'm anticipating the Inquisitor to be from Ferelden.

Damn ninjas..

I find it funny how much the human surname sounds like the elven one.

I hope we learn more of the backgrounds soon, particularly the human one. That my finally make me decide what class I will roll first.

I would like for the dwarf to be surface, but I also hope we can learn more about the Cadash's and maybe regain our house back, but then again, I won't need a house if I am running the inquisition.

I'm hoping for Trevelyan to be a noble, I loved be of nobility in DAO. I think the human mage will have a slight varied background but still be a Trevelyan. Maybe couldn't be nobility for being a mage and was sent to a circle.

There aren't many noble families we don't already know of, I think. We know the big ones (Theirin, Cousland, Howe, Mac Tir), and then the Bannorn seem to all be named in DAO already.

The Trevelyan's could be like the Dryden's and Howe's (I hope). Fallen nobility at least has something to work towards.

I would like a commoner for a change (even better, someone with Avvar origins, but that's probably not the case here). We've already had human noble stories with Cousland, and if you didn't play that, then Amell in Kirkwall (with the same mother, no less :D).

You don't have to tell me. I've been wanting to play a non-Andrastian tribal human since DA:O.

I'm thinking we'll be either a soldier or apostate as a human. Then maybe be a mercenary as a dwarf.

Really, what I'm hoping is that rogues of all races can be thieves. I always love to play a cunning, charming thief who finds their way in power by pure chance. I don't know if they're doing that much differentiation between classes though. Probably rogues and warriors will share a background for each race, with mages getting a slightly different one accounting for their being apostates.

Elf mage will probably be a First or a Keeper, considering they're dalish. Thus, only technically and apostate.

You can bet the human will be fereldan. Or with fereldan parents or grandparents. Or with a fereldan dog. Bioware just loves their fantasy dog-land.

I for one would have loved a city elf origin, but seeing as we are stuck with the dalish, then i hope i can make mine a renegade who is andrastian and despises his own kind.

I think they already respect Andraste at least. She helped free them from slavery, after all.

It's her followers who they hate.

I'm still hoping for a City-Elf-turned-Dalish Inquisitor, that would make playing an anti-Dalish elf much easier -- them realizing the Dalish aren't as great as they first thought and all that. I don't personally have strong feelings towards the Dalish either way, but my canon City Elf Warden had some serious issues with them and I'd like to stay true to that sentiment with my Inquisitor.

This is a Glory Proving! Fought under the watchful eyes of the Paragons of Orzammar! For the honor of House Cadash!

Though I know the dwarf origin will be a surface dwarf, I'd be overjoyed for the chance to take part in the Provings again in Inquisition.
