I was really considering getting it on Xbox One but after hearing about this, the ps4 sold it for me. I always get the PC version too of bioware games but finally being able to have console games on the go was too good to pass up. Ordered my Borderlands 2 Vita already and debating whether to wait for September 9th and get the White PS4 Destiny bundle or just go for the normal Black PS4 next month.  But I can just imagine how wicked it'd be streaming DA:I over to the Vita and playing such a great open world experience like that without Graphic loss.

I have 5ghz dual band Wifi access in most places I'd go with the vita, so it *should* be okay streaming.

It depends on what they announce for some form of multiplayer/coop if I get an extra copy to play with all my lesser console friends.

Here we go, next comment will be the standard "1440p and 60fps".

Yes, after holding off and basically having no interest in making the jump to the next gen, E3 DAI did me in.  Shoot next gens are getting old, this is my 7th gen gaming system lol.

It will prob be sometime next year before I get into the next gen. I really want one by the time MKX come out. 1080p 60 FPS fighting game. For now I will likely stick with the PS3 or Xbox 360 version of the game. I tend to wait around 2 years after launch before I get a new console anyways.

For me, It is yet to be determined whether or not DA:I is a system seller.

If it is, I'm buying a PS4 + copy, if not my trusty PS3 will run it.

I intend to switch to PC for Inquisition rather than buy a new console. :D

I'm going to get a PS4 before DAI comes out, but DAI is a big reason I'm getting one. I have to see the game in next gen graphics!

Every demo shown up until now has been on pc using a xbox controller. If you're fortunate enough to have a good gaming rig, then ideally it's the better choice to play DAI on. So far, visually, we know what to expect on pc.

Already have one. DAI wasn't the only reason I got one, but knowing it was coming out on the next gen consoles definitely played a part in me buying one sooner rather than later.

I am a PS4 convert. played DAO and DA2 for the 360 but plan to play Inquisition for the PS4. I was worried about not being able to import my games saves cross platform but I did not want to buy a Xbox One. I'll just have to rely on the Keep to replicate my old save files. So I have DAI special edition pre-ordered and eagerly await for the release.

You can't stream the game via the internet on a Vita. You wouldn't want to even if you could anyway - the latency would make the game unplayable.

Yes you can.

And the latency is fine for most games as long as you don't try to stream from like Europe to Australia.

Thanks for confirming this!! My decision to get a extra PS4 copy (in addition to PC) was being able to stream DA:I wherever i go either via Wifi or 3G. Its great to know Sony nailed this so Internet streaming is viable.

Yea, I am probably making the jump this week. Witcher 3, Arkham Knight, No Man's Sky, Evolve, and Dragon Age sold me. Xbox One conference fell flat in my opinion. It was solid, but nothing wowed me. I'm also sad that no announcement was made for a Mass Effect trilogy being put onto the next gen systems. Oh well. At least DAI looked fantastic.

I don't play on a platform where the platform owners force it down my throat

Yep getting a PS4 for this.

I got my PS3 for DAO way back when, and that was the best gaming decision I ever made so HEY round two! :D

I'm getting the Glacier White PS4 W/Destiny bundle thingy. Much as I want Destiny itself, I wouldn't have bought a PS4 if it wasn't for DA:I (and a few other games too) so, does that count?

It depends on what they announce for some form of multiplayer/coop if I get an extra copy to play with all my  lesser console friends.

I'll assume you meant "Lesser Platform" and not what you actually said which has some really disgusting implications behind it. Judging a person's value by what platform they can-cannot afford or like-dislike is pretty terrible.

Already have one. I was originally getting the game for PC but I wanted the Collector's Edition for the PS4 instead.

I already own a PS4 and Vita, and have pre-ordered DA:I for PS4,so I'm good to go.

I got a PS4 in December; Dragon Age wasn't a system seller for me (I already wanted a PS4), but as soon as I got the system, I knew that was where I was going to be playing the next DA.

Going to get it for my ps4, yeah :P I want it on the PC, but my computer needs a new CPU and graphics card. Which... I might as well buy a new computer. I just got it last year, so... ps4 it was! Only problem is I don't want to share the ps4 with my husband once the game comes out :( But I've already made it clear... I'm playing first because I like Dragon Age more! And he can play it when Pokemon ORAS comes out and I'm distracted with that for a few weeks :P

He gets to play everything else first. So I won that one by a landslide. Yay for me!

I guess I'm holding out for a "DA:I special edition PS4." I dont' know if I'll just get it for this computer or if I will buy a PS4. It would be odd for me to play DA on a PC. Not sure how it will all work out. I do want to play Destiny, but the first game that really made me want a PS4 was DA. With the announcement of timed DLC exclusivity and the fact that my younger brother and best friend went out and got a Xone might make me give money to the devil so I can play with them.

I have a PS4, it was my holiday present ^_^ I am getting Inquisition for it first and playing as Bioware intends for a year or so... Then I'm getting the PC version and modding the crap out of it.....

Just fyi, the devs said because of the new engine there won't be modding available. Granted, that could definitely change in the next year or so - but just something to keep in mind.
