And guesses with some evidence to back them up are a thousand times better than random guesses of "Sera=lesbian, elf only".
Vivienne, for example, could be bisexual for reasons of what is known of her. She worked her way into becoming a power with Celene (I think). I think she would be open to romance with either gender the Inquisitor for the reason of gaining more influence over his/her actions without blood magic.

...Wow. You do realize that we actually see very little of either of them interacting romantically/sexually with anybody? Honestly, I see Cullen as straight, but him being interested in women does not preclude interest in other genders - we only have one data point for him, so pretending that that is a solid enough base to assume he is straight is not, in fact, the most logical conclusion, especially since the Dragon Age universe has so many bisexual characters already. The same goes for Cassandra, who, as far as I can tell, has even less of a precedent for heterosexuality than Cullen.

Never played the mage origin? He never shows interests in men at all in the first two games. And for Cassandra, the only thing, other than the anime, we have to go on, is something that honestly has no impact on the romantic side, and that is her "hero worship".
There is nothing to prove that Cullen and Cassandra have even the most remote of romantic feelings towards their own sex, so regardless of how many bisexuals there are, they have no reason to even be seen as anything other than straight at this time.

His logic is weird, but it's sound. If she's accepting his sexual advances, the probability that she's a lesbian is 0. If she turns him down, it's 0.5, give or take.
Cass wasn't "redesigned to be ugly." Those are largely the same features as she had in DA2, just with a new engine.

As I understand it, Anders doesn't flirt with the Warden at all in Awakening, but eventually came to terms with his bisexuality with the help of Karl.

If we take Bioware's previous track-record into account, it's entirely possible for Cassandra and Cullen to be bisexual. Just look at Kaiden from Mass Effect; in the first game he was only interested in a female Shepard but by ME3, he was about as straight as a drunk arrow fired by an archer in a fit of violent laughter.
