Eh, I think complaining about prejudice from a large body of your dating pool is legitimate. A bi person shouldn't have to restrict themselves to other bisexual people. But what do I know? Prejudice sucks
.
I wasn't implying the complaints weren't valid, they absolutely are. The gay community especially really need to knock it off with the bisexual prejudice.
That being said, I have seen bi people who realize they themselves hold some of those untrue beliefs about other bi people when you bring it up. Like the fear of being cheated on, etc etc.

Well, we've had dead children before (Jade Empire), but no estranged wives. I guess an ex showing up could be humorous if it was like a Jack Sparrow situation.
I am Michel de Chevene!
So I know she's not a companion, but has anyone really discussed that the empress of Orlais is super gay?

Dammit, now I need to make a flirty femquisitor just to try and get into her pants.
I didn't plan for this.

I think when it was first revealed it was, but I don't remember lol

WHAT?! SHE IS?!!! SINCE WHEN?! I call retcon!

Yea no kidding lol

She could maybe be bi, but. . . yeah, she has a long history with ladies.

Maybe she thought Cailan was a chick? It happened to the best of us.
I don't imagine that many bisexual people avoid other bisexuals. Really, all you need is to find any person who isn't a (I must refrain from saying mean words).
I never avoided bisexual people. I dated straight, bi, and gay folks. I don't think staying specifically to other bi folks would have been a solution to anything, really. And I'd agree, all you need to do is find a person that isn't a jerkwad.

Makes me wonder if she has a weakness for lady elves... I kind of want to play an elven Femquisitor to see.

Oh i totally forgot that Loghain was right all along...bout Cailan and the Empress and everything.

Most recent book, Masked Empire. She had a romantic/sexual relationship with her elven handmaiden. She was only going to marry Cailan for peace/alliance purposes. Dunno if this could play a role in the game, since, I'm pretty positive we will get to meet her.

I definitely think that's the correct tree to bark up.

Well, "right" as in "even a broken clock is twice a day," His idea of what that meant was far from reality- it was a marriage to solidify peace, not to annex Ferelden into Orlais. I doubt Cailan would have gone to Orlais longer than to cause a baby to happen, then head home.

I wasn't actually being serious. I read the Masked Empire. ![]()

Eh true enough.

Cheeky

While Loghain was waaaaaaaaaaay extreme in his views, it would have ultimately come to pass. If Celene and Cailan had gotten married and had a child, Ferelden would have become a part of the empire. He wanted to keep a free Ferelden from the influence of Orlais, and technically he did it...you know, in a horrible way, but still...!
Lest we forget there is still one more party member yet to be revealed
It's Cole. We all know it's Cole. Everything else in the leaked survey has been right so far, he looks like he did on the cover of Asunder and he's got two daggers.
As such, speculating about his sexuality is pointless, since he's a spirit/demon who effectively has the mind of a child and doesn't understand the whole subject.
Yeah I'm tired of the dudes with a horde of baggage with them.
A male m/f option that's someone happy without horrible background/horrible death soon approaching would be great plzthx.
Please no prince, tainted, slave, insane mages, templars, etc. They were nice and all but I just want someone steady and sane for a change.
BioWare will not grant this wish.
Varric, perhaps? Maybe IB?

Well, considering Gaspard's position, that might not stay true- Ferelden would have been much stronger, and had much more pull in the world, if they hadn't lost half their forces because Loghain is a traitor.
