Plus, I'm going to need some directional input from Bartha, Tempest, and Lorien's team.

Are you going to go find out why the crows are circling or are you going to pick a building to explore?

The options are:

Crow Field

Fuldor Farmhouse (2 floors plus cellar)

Hann & Faleen's House

Farmhands' Quarters

Barn (claimed by Rael, Etienne, and Tessa)

Smokehouse

Toolshed

Chicken Coop

The names are going to be the death of me. Tempest and Mage both have an M in them. Neither Tessa nor Warrior have M(agic).

It's as bad as it is at home. Fiance's name is John. My brother in law, who lives with us, is named Joe. To make matters worse, my ex was a Joe and my sister's ex was a John. Yeah. Most of the time, we say "Hey, you!"

The names "Paul" and "Sara/h" are that way for us. Hubby is Paul, my best friend is Sarah. her bf is Paul and my hubby's sister is Sara. So we have My Paul and Sarah's Paul, and my Sarah, and Paul's Sara.  Very weird sometimes, so I feel ya. :D

For us it's Kelly. Both my husband and my friend's husband are named Kelly. And I have a sister named Kelly too!

I have a question. (I know, as usual haha)  If I were to want to post some of Tessa's back story (bits and pieces maybe), could I just post them in her character thread? I mean, if I were to do it, it would obviously just be stuff that the characters wouldn't know (And in some cases, Tess herself wouldn't. ).  I'm writing this stuff anyway, I guess my question is would anyone have an issue with me posting it.

#longwinded.  (I'm telling you, my brain is frazzled tonight haha)

I would not have a problem with that, and I would look sternly askance at players who attempted to metagame based on knowledge she had not shared in the game thread. But then again, I've got Beldin's complete backstory (all 6 pages of it) stashed away in a publicly accessible file for anyone to view at a whim. If you were reluctant to leave it in the character description thread, you could always create a folder in the google drive folder. It's all completely up to you, but whatever you decide is fine.

I'm going to wait for every member of the team to make their post before I reply, but if 3 Team finishes up before 4 Team, I won't wait for 4 Team before replying to 3 Team. If that makes sense.

I hope the names aren't confusing. I was trying not to say Team 1 and Team 2 or Team A and Team B because that implies bias.

The team names make sense to me, and also help me keep track of where everyone is. :) I'm all about, though, what makes it easiest for you. We each, really, only have to keep track of our characters (and our "group"  for this bit), while you have to keep track of ALL OF US. :D

Aw, you guys are easy! And I'm going to have to describe all of it eventually anyway, so it's no big deal to do two parts at once. There are only 4 players in my tabletop group, and one of them keeps insisting on running off and doing each adventure on her own because she wants to do everything herself. But I think I've mentioned that before. ;)

Edit: Oh! And your wardrobe choices have just expanded. I am in the process of installing RLs Fashion Bazaar, so feel free to select any of these styles for your exploration or formal costumes.

Edit2: And I saw this mod and thought of Etienne. I'm not sure I want to install it, but I figured that if anybody would go for a lavender-and-sky-blue robe, it would be him!

I like Bface's idea. I posted my action for our team, so I'll wait until Chachi posts before I do anything else, or until I get feedback from Berelinde.

The armors are too fancy for her... :D

I was actually thinking of the Something or Other of Arlathan one for Tempest, since it's total-coverage and blue, but it might be too fancy for her tastes.

It has some nice stuff for dwarves, Mahumia!

Having looked through the RL Fashion Bazaar, I think Mantle of the Harvest Moon would be good for Tess. (It's Aveline's armor, with sleeves. I think I like the colors better. Because I'm weirdly picky. :P )

Beldin will certainly breath easier with her arms covered up. She and Bartha are really not good for that boy's composure.

That's GORGEOUS.

And ahaha, Berelinde, assessment = correct. Etienne's eyes are wide as saucers and he wants ALL THE CLOTHES. But especially the lavender.

What do you think about this as maybe Etienne's adventuring garb? Still robes, but it has pants, so it's not so mage-y. Plus I think I like the collar on this better than what he's wearing.

They have that in red and gold you know :D

But yeah, the red and gold version of this may be a bit much, even for him.

I've been having fits trying to find good armor for Beldin. I don't like how the leather armor leaves the guys pretty much bare-legged, but he doesn't have coin enough for chain or splint, and that includes the various Witcher or Kirkwall variants. Carver's body armor would work, but I don't like the bare arms. I like this one, but it's too fancy, and the shirt is too white.

Spoiler

And because I'm a huge dork, I have to admit that when I thought up how I wanted Etienne's healing magic to look (because c'mon, you know he's gotta do that **** ritzy), all I could think was Doctor Who.

Eleventh_doctor_expels_regeneration_ener

So there you go. Etienne's healing magic is akin to regeneration energy.

Yeah, I don't get why the rogues don't wear any decent pants ingame... would make it so much easier to come up with a 'peasant armor' that way

Seriously. It makes zero sense for villagers to be that well-equipped, but the leather makes them look as if they waked off the set of I, Claudius.

In other news, I'm supposed to be working. I've got tons of work to do... but I wanted to work on level art instead. The good news is that I may have figured out the lighting problem. The bad news is that now I want to try it with different levels to see if it worked.

Sorry I didn't get anything posted yesterday, guys. I had a guest from out of town this weekend and I just didn't get time. I'm at work right now but will catch up with the thread once I get home. Thanks for your patience! :)

Yeah, it's too fancy for her. She likes what you've already got her in better. Thanks for thinking of her, though! :)

Hush, lady! Don't think you have to "keep up" with anyone. I'm well aware I post a crapload. :D *hugs*

No worries, Hannah. When combat isn't actually underway, folks actually have *all week* to post, so no pressure!
