Tempest doesn't tend to hold grudges so I'm sure she'll get over it.

The last Brian sighting was a week ago. I dropped him a PM and he hasn't responded, but he's got some stuff going on in his life.

 

For the time being, I'm going to consider Sarel in-party inactive. Sarel will keep up with the party in terms of location, but he won't participate in RP nor will he make any decisions. I'll run him in combat, should the need arise, but his actions will follow a pretty basic "nuke" AI (with the added caveat that he attacks humans before he attacks elves).

 

Should Brian return, he's very welcome to pick up where he left off. Should a few weeks pass without contact of any kind, Sarel will probably wander off. It's a reluctant last resort, but I'm probably not going to keep him in the game for more than a month without some stated intention to continue. Of course, if Brian *wants* to continue but needs a >1 month break, he can just let me know and we'll put him on cruise control for longer.

Sounds good! Hopefully Brian will be able to continue, but if he's not able to at this time, that's a reasonable plan.

I think Bel needs a timeout. He's doing all kinds of stupid-emotional things and needs to sit by himself for a while until he can act like an adult.

Bel doesn't mind. Ordinarily, he wouldn't be too keen on rifling the pockets of the dead, but it gives him something to do that isn't likely to get him in trouble. He's a bit frazzled.

I wouldn't say Tempest trusts Fabian yet, she just doesn't see any reason not to give him the benefit of the doubt for the time being.

I understand and as myself I would agree with you. Merc sees things a bit differently though seeing as they were all just attacked. Plus, this guy is smooth like Merc and Merc takes offense to any other man being as smooth as him. lol I am half-kidding.

I think Bartha and Mercuriel need a bit more time to talk so perhaps they shall have a drink together back at the Warden's place? They should get to know one another.
