Hey guys, I just posted my new character. I really hate to give up Rael, but without Etienne, she's just not the same. Besides, you guys like taking hits so we definitely need another healer. I hope you like her!

Just to let everyone know, I just got my layoff notice. I'm fine. I will continue to be fine. But I need to do some stuff. The game posts will happen when they're supposed to happen and I'l do PMs and stuff when I can, but for the rest of the day, I'm going to kick back and goof off and maybe write something.

Okay, Rael just let Etienne go. It was a lot harder to write than I thought it would be, and I doubt I did it justice. But it's done now.

And I get it was hard to find the time to get together for such a huge joint post (Just feeling a bit jealous, as I was waaaaay too bored last week with being ill and such XD Would have loved to get involved, but I understand it... time differences and time issues anyway )

That isn't the reason the post was delayed, oddly enough. It's complicated, but ultimately, we needed to know whether Etienne needed a hiatus. I found out on Thursday, so the post went up Saturday. The joint post part was done, like, last week or something.

Oh, and I could have separated it out into a separate joint post, but I was aiming for simplicity. I didn't intend to leave you out, and I'm sorry that you feel that way. The whole point was to keep the Dalish from getting lynched. Although yeah, I would have enjoyed watching Bartha act intimidating!

I know it's necessary for characters to respond to the humans' offers of protection, so that's all for the good, but can we hold off on any second posts that take them out of the courtroom until Miriam has a chance to post Bartha's response?
