Sorry to hear that Berelinde I have no experience with anything like that, but I can understand that it is taking a lot from you. (And to make it worse I start asking stupid questions too....) I'm afraid that I cannot give you any advise... I just hope for all of you that she and her bf can soon have their own place again. Not being on eachothers lip 24/7 will probably help too? 

 

And feel free to rant here (at least, I don't mind). You'll need to vent, otherwise things will only get worse for you.

Believe me, Mahumia, you asked NO stupid questions. You question was perfectly valid, and you were perfectly mature and rational about the entire process. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that.

 

Thank you most sincerely for your understanding and forbearance. I do try not to let RL pollute my escape environment, but there are times when it's hard to wash off.

Hey Berelinde, just wanted to chime in and say that you've been heard. What you're going through sounds horrendous. I'm sorry your sister is being so unreasonable, but it sounds like you're used to it. It's hard to know what to do in situations like this because she has so many issues. Is she under a doctor's care? 

 

Feel free to vent anytime you like. I don't know that I'm much help, but I'm happy to listen.

Sorry for the confusion over the staring thing, Berelinde! Etienne' social issues are causing trouble. He's not only staring at her, but talking to his companions (which might catch her attention even more).

 

Maaaan, I had a tabletop group like that once. Props to you for wanting to make changes. That's the hardest part.

Seriously, if Etienne is trying to pick a fight with Beldin, he's going to have to try A LOT harder than that. He's a big man, but very few things provoke him to anger. Of course, Etienne may very well get angry, but I see that going down like this... (in spoiler tags so mobile devices don't cry).

Awww, I feel bad for Beldin!! Part of me wants Etienne to intercept him, his reaction given, but the thread is about to close, yeah? *flail*

But it was seriously good roleplaying for Etienne! His behavior was consistent and logical (or as logical as possible, given his intoxication). And I wouldn't worry. Yes, Beldin will arrive at the farm before the party does, as he won't have to wait for anybody to shake off a hangover, and yes, he may very well discover that it was not the best decision he ever made, but it's possible that the entire thing may work out better this way. Have faith.
