yeaaaah Liara is a little pushy in ME1, for human standards that is.

Liara is the only one that gets romantic content in all three games (if you count LoTSB).  So I would say Liara fans get the best deal.  After her I would say Ash or Tali, all a matter of personal taste.  That said I am going to paragon romance Jack in my next male shep run.  Havn't seen her ME 3 romance content yet.

For one, she has the best EC goodbye (IMO). Her VA really nailed the "I have a home" part. Right in the feels, there, Bio.

Tali by far. I never liked Liara or Ashley that much. I felt Miranda and Broshep had great chemistry, but their romance was barely explored in ME3. The Citadel DLC had some fantastic scenes with Miranda, but they simply weren't enough. Even the final goodbye for Miranda was kind of underwhelming.

 

Tali grows the most in my opinion. Its funny, I played as femshep first, and I didn't really care about Tali, I then played as Broshep, romanced Jack, and let Tali die in ME2 because I didn't care for her still. On the second Broshep run I did, I decided to romance Tali. Now I consider her one of the best characters in the series.

 

She grows with you as the games progress. I also feel that her feelings towards you are the most natural. If you are nice to her in ME1 she develops a crush on you (I find it awesome that Kelly mentioned Tali liking me when I recruited her). Then she actually decides to act on her feelings towards you, despite her shyness and physical "inabilities." And despite still caring for you in ME3, she still thinks of the fleet before her own needs. Plus her dialogue is just priceless with Broshep almost always. She had a great scene on Rannoch just before you fight the Reaper, and her final goodbye is by far the saddest. Tali's great.

This is completely subjective. There's no better romance. Just like in real life, there's one that matches best with you.

For me is Kaidan, the chemistry between him and mshep is just amazing.
