Seeing as the Harvesters can multiply there numbers by either gathering a mass of bodies and taking them to a place where the veil is thin or non existent (Amgarrack) to animate them with a Hunger demon or when a mage uses a blood magic ritual to transform themselves into one.

With the veil sundered and a lot of people choosing this moment as a good time to start killing each other, there will be a lot of bodies for Hunger demons to turn into Harvesters. Not to mention the hundreds if not thousands of Harvesters at the end of the Golems of Amgarrack should have an impact in the future of the DA series.

Harvesters have only been created using blood magic. Not sure where you're getting the idea that hunger demons are involved.

epilogue slide in Origins if you destroy the Anvil of the Void, they try recreating a Golem by using a spirit from the fade, most likely a demon and goes beserk killing several shapers before it's slain.

Also all the fade switches in Amgarrak made easier to trap a spirit or demaon and they only made one Harvester before it started killing everyone, which means where did the others come from with the only mage in Amgarrak dead

Havesters have always made me think of Vozhd. So by default I like them/find them intriguing. With the new engine, I imagine they'd look appropriately horrifying.

I think the question at hand, I don't think we'll see more due to the creation of golems, but more in that mages are on the renegade and likely to turn to blood magic and mages are grouping together, the veil is thinning, people are dying in large numbers, bodies are easy to collect, and in that sense, these creatures are more likely to pop up by that method instead of being created in their original form.

There are 3 possible ways of making Harvesters:

1 whatever method they used in creating Amgarrak and the creation of the first Harvetsers.

2 the method the demon used after killing it's creators to make more of it's kind in Amgarrak, but with the veil ripping itself apart the special properties of the veil Amgarrak might not be needed in creating more.

3 blood magic ritual.

method 2 would be the more entertaining way for a Harvester to appear while walking through an area where the veil is thin with bodies scattered every where.

Harvesters will eventually take over the world. You can't beat these things. There's way too many running rampant apparently. And it took an uber Warden or Hawke's whole team to take down just one.

That would be a shame. They took the time to build a unique model and everything. And then made it the hardest boss battle of all DAO. As well as recycled it with Orsino.

Much like Varterrels. I'm still curious what the hell either of them are.

It's definitely been a long time since I've played that DLC. First thing I thought of where the main antagonists of Star Trek: Elite Force.

I'd imagine they'd be be rare monsters to fight. Since Red Templars have those behemoths, why can't blood mages have harvesters to combat them? Makes sense.
