Heya, I'm new here. I have to ask, do Dragon Age Journeys or Dragon Age Legends have any plot effects on DAO, DA2 or any of their expansions?

No effects on DAO/DA2.
However, since Dragon Age Keep is around, there may or may not be effects in the future.
