  I have the boxed version of the game and entered all my codes yesterday, got the content downloaded and everything was working fine.

  After about 3 hours into game I started having the monitor going to sleep that so many others are having.So i just tried to play without logging in and it wouldn't let me load my game saves at all, so i started a new game but it says that I can't use the downloaded content without being logged into my main account(Which I am).

  It shows it under the downloaded page but it reads "Not Authorized".Any ideas?

Yes.Did all of that yesterday and everything was working ok.Just started after I tried to play the game without logging in.Now when i log in it won't let me use the content.

I have the same issues with wardens keep, shale, the memory ring and the helmet

I have similar problems. The workaround that works for me is to uncheck the "Always Keep Me Logged In" box, and then restart the game. At this point I am logged out and for me the DLC is accessible. Then I am able to login and everything remains authorized, but I can never check the keep me logged in box. Any time I have opened Dragon Age and it automatically logs me in, the CE, Stone Prisoner, and Warden's Keep items are unauthorized.

wow these are posted 4 months ago and I am having the same problem! Why has this not been addressed in 4 months?

Just encountered this problem myself, very annoying and not the first time my dlc for this game gets messed up
