Jowan can't stay mad at the hapless fool.

I wouldn't be opposed to running into Teagan and Fergus.

I'd like to see more of Dagna, like the rest of the community. I'd also want to be introduced to more anders!! I swear, the Anderfels feels like such an amazing place, when it comes to atmosphere, but it's so underused. Makes me sad. Pls more anders!

Zathrian, and the rest of his clan. I'm assuming their is an Arlathvhen happening during Inquisition, and I fully expect the immortal Elf Keeper to be there. Its the wrong thing to do, but I let him live because a powerful Dalish like him is too valuable to end.
Wade and Herren. Because funnies... and I want to know if Herren really IS a desire demon.
And pretty much everyone in Masked Empire; I loved that book.
(Spoilers from ME)
I want to meet with Mihris and give her a hug for seeing her entire clan die in the most horrific ways.
I want to meet with Briala so we can work together on improving the lives of the City Elves. Also, Eluvian fast travel would be nice.
I want to find and kill Ser Michel for releasing Imshael and lying about his name and overall answering for his actions. And betrayal of Empress Celene.
I want to meet Celene, obviously. Same with Gaspard, he seems way less like a "bad guy" then I would have thought.
And kill Imshael, who will likely be in game as an out-of-the-way boss like the other Demons were in past games.

Finn. Even though he had such a minor role in Witch Hunt, I actually liked him more than most of the other companions.

Isn't it basically a blighted sadlands run by grey wardens?

Owain from Origins, but no longer tranquil. Oh yeah.

Bann Alfstanna. She is awesomeness, especially when she offers HN support to take back Highever. And just about every Archery boosting item in DAA references her lands, iirc.
Surviving Hawke sibling Bethany.
Nathaniel.
Wade and/or Mikhail Dryden. Possibly in a smith-off. Whichever one makes me the best sword gets to stay.
Other already mentioned ones being Finn, Ariane, Lanaya.

That's actually an interesting thought. To see if the tranquil become mages again when near a rip. Similar to how Karl became when Anders brought Justice out. The Inquisitor could have a super powerful force but once he/she closed the rip and then they loose it. Kind of a cool concept

We might have to even FIGHT a group of not-so-tranquil mages guarding a rift to keep their agency and emotions in tact, based on our choices. That would break my heart, man.

Ahhhh...I didn't even think about having to destroy them to get to the rift. I would imagine also between "injustice to mages" and them being turned tranquil to begin with for normal reasons like not passing there harrowing alot of them would possessed and making deals with demons. That is a heart breaker especially since I like playing as a mage. Wow...Messed up.

Now that I think about it I'd also like to run into the lady from Orzammar who you could talk into going up to the surface to protect her casteless son.

Sketch. He looks freakishly similar to my Surana (so much so that I've head-canoned him as said Surana's half-brother - and indirect cause of Leliana and the Warden going separate ways) and so seeing him in each instalment gives me a good idea of what my Surana looks like with the current depiction of elves. ![]()

Maybe she could pull a Johnny Yong Bosch and awkwardly try to pitch up her voice for the secondary character a la Souji and Adachi from the Persona 4 anime. /references no one will get
Pfft the anime? The game is where it's at.

Aside from already mentioned ones, I'd like to see all the Tranquils we ever met if only to restore them and find out their personalities

Nathaniel Howe, Stroud, Sigrun, Velanna, and Grey Warden Bethany or Carver. Put them all together on some Grey Warden mission.
Also Finn, the cowardly mage. (though not with the Wardens) I thought he was hilarious in Witch Hunt, and he was easily my favorite of DA's DLC characters.

SANDAL. And maybe they ll reveal Whats "wrong" with him.
Goldanna's head on a spike would be nice Too.
You know Sandal will be back. It's inevitable. As far as what's wrong with him, I am sure everybody has their theory. Personally I hope that it was Flemeth's attempt at being reborn in a dwarf body. Why would she do this, because she's Flemeth. That's just wishful thinking, but I do think she has something to do with him.
