Next you're going to tell me there is gambling going on in Casablanca
Since Varric is in here - it is Casa bianca.

To repeat myself: Corypheus is dead like a dodo in a hearse.
Corypheus being alive is almost as ridiculous as Cullen being LI

Are you still hung up on you "killing" Corypheus?

No. I've already killed him.

Seriously though man, explain how Larius suddenly regained all coherency after the fight, when previously he was initially two steps short of being an insensate ghoul himself.
When it comes to Corypheus, his dialogue is ambiguous. He doesn't confirm the Chantry is wrong or right. When he says "it was supposed to be golden" that doesn't mean it never was golden. He also says "It was supposed to be ours." That doesn't mean he expected it to belong to him even before he even got there and found it was not.
Like Imshael, I believe Cory will play a very big role in the story, not the big bad but something that is either helping the big bad or is using these events for his own gain.
I do believe the big bad is in fact the mysterious person/entity Felassan talked to before he died and sicne this big bad has "allies" he could be using Cory and Imshael for very important things. Just my theory.

You gotta move past that stage and go to step 4
I do hope Cory and Imshael play big roles instead of some small side-quest like the last two Forbidden Ones

Ditto. I loved Imshael's role in the novel. Hopefully he won't be an itty bitty boss fight like Xebenckeck.
I hope we can meet other ancient magisters! It almost seem like tradition: every game will have an ancient magister per DLC. Just like each game has a forbidden one you have to kill.
Now now, we still don't know if the Architect was a magister ![]()

"The Old Gods will call to you, from their ancient prisons will they sing.”
This art makes me think we will either encounter another ancient magister or a sleeping Old God.

Old god will be in the game as a run off the mill boss battle, semi confirmed.

The OCW already feels Game of Thrones-y lol
Alot of aspects in DAO where clearly inspired by GoT, LotR ect.
True. A lot of fantasy games have tropes and derivations carried over from many classics and epics of the genre.Alot of aspects in DAO where clearly inspired by GoT, LotR ect.
I wonder if the Big Bad had any part in escalating tensions. The OCW already feels Game of Thrones-y lol
