So I used to play this game a lot for the Xbox 360 and I had most if not all of the DLC for it, as well for Mass Effect 3. I recently bought the Mass Effect games for the PC since I do not play my 360 anymore and don't ever go on Xbox Live. I was wondering if I have to re-buy all of the DLC AGAIN or do is there a way I can redeem the DLC so that I have it for the PC version as well?

Except for promotional DLC (Dr. Pepper helmets, Terminus set, Collector set from Deluxe edition) all DLC would unfortunately have to be rebought :/ Promotional items register for all platforms (just download PC versions from here https://social.biowa...ntitlements.php )

Yep, the DLCs are platform-specific licenses.

Some promotional items for dragon age, as I recall. I think some special armors in ME as well, like the one you get from playing amalur´s demo, is cross-platform.
