You meant maximized Isaac's greater missile storm 4x right?
Anyway, NWN2 was much better Imo.

ORTANO FORDIJAMA!
Will it come with the same stock spell casting sound effects?

Only if they rewrote it so the story wasn't a repetitive pile of suck. And gave you full control of your companions and the ability to have more than one at a time. And only if my monk gets to punch Aribeth to death all over again, this time in glorious HD. (The way a lot of people feel about DA2? Yeah, that's me and the Neverwinter Nights OC. The expansions were a dramatic improvement, though.)
Also, it will never happen because BioWare no longer have the D&D license.

Honestly, the engine was one the best things about NWN. I keep asking BioWare to copy many of its features.

The moddability, the multiplayer, and Hordes of the Underdark were the only things Neverwinter Nights had going for it. Admittedly some of those were some pretty awesome features, and the moddability led to some impressive works by the community, but I'm assuming this is about the campaign... which had no redeeming qualities that I can remember.

You would need to talk to Hasbro and ask them to give permission for this to happen as they hold the IP rights to the Dungeons & Dragons franchise and thus have final say on what is created and/or re-released.

HotU was pretty awesome.
NWN2's OC was pretty okay. The expansions were awesome.
NWN1 never finished Witch's Wake. :< Which sucks.

HotU was pretty awesome.
No it was horrible, Valsharess actions were completely inadequate, due to the forced plot. Honestly, there was absolutely zero reason to fight, after her red sisters were slain by Mephistopheles, I was supposed to say: ''Told you.'' and she was supposed to say: ''Right, sorry.'' And we would have escaped a huge sh*t storm.

I still enjoy NWN1, but am pleased to have found the DA series. While I love the versatility of class designs in 3E D&D based rules, I tire of resting mechanics (often made even worse by some mods), and prefer the casting and mana rules of DA. And since 4E, I have not touched any new D&D products, while DA still has my attention.

Both NWN and NWN2 games with all content.
If it is not possible, why not a HD version for consoles?
Bioware, please!
Everybody will love this collection ![]()

I loved that game but sadly I don't think Bioware holds the rights to NWN anymore because Cryptic have it and are doing a poor job with it

I saw a player recreate some parts of Baldur Gates 2 in Origin toolkit.

Isn't the new edition is coming out later this year?I still enjoy NWN1, but am pleased to have found the DA series. While I love the versatility of class designs in 3E D&D based rules, I tire of resting mechanics (often made even worse by some mods), and prefer the casting and mana rules of DA. And since 4E, I have not touched any new D&D products, while DA still has my attention.
I have the core rulebooks for every previous edition, so I guess I'll have to get these, too.

NWN with more than one companion in the team, and NWN2 with Sand Romance, and I'm sold. (don't care about the engine, in truth...I would be ok with DAO graphic) make it for console, and I'd probably die. Happily.
(I'll stop dreaming now, but, really...that would be awesome!)

I know I certainly didn't enjoy it at any rate.
Now, if you could give me a Baldur's Gate remake we'd be in business.
