Is there a way to make a custom movie play when you start a game?

- I see there is an option sort of, but in practice does anyone actually know if it works and how?

You mean when you start NWN2, or when I start playing your campaign? The second is easy. Make your movie, convert it to bic file and attach it to intro movie slot of the first module.

That would be BIK (Bink video), rather than BIC (which is the character file format).
