Yeah, I found a 2handed warrior tank to be fairly fun in DA: Origins and DA2. It was much more feasible and fun for me in DA2 though as the tanking tree in that game didn't rely on the warrior needing to wield a sword and shield.
What Classes/Trees can Tank?

I agree, 2 handed tanks are much more fun than normal tanks. take damage and give it right back!

I want the reverse. I want to play a sword and board warrior and do some damage with him/her. Maybe it's my old PnP background, but I expect warriors of all descriptions, whatever the armament, to hand out the hurt.

I'm of the opinion that knight enchanter will be summoned armor and weapons. Just because Viv doesn't wear armor doesn't mean she wouldn't summon up some magical armor to save her skin when need be. RP wise it also wouldn't be necessary for every knight enchanter to use weapons, she may be in it purely for the defense. Besides, to me it goes quite well with the "more than meets the eyes" vibe they have going for her.
For the "Blades of arcane force", i imagine that they summon them(or "create"), or enhance normal weapons somewhat. Either could work. Not sure how they mean this arcane force thing, sounds maybe like a summoned/magic created weapon. Flame Blade, Cleric Spell D&D anyone? ![]()
For armor, i imagine they don't summon anything. They can wear it, and i guess they can add protective magics on top of it, just like good ol' clerics do.
Could work either way, but for me, i aesthetically prefer the cleric-y approach with normal armor and maybe a summoned, or magic-created weapon.

Hopefully a mage, still pissed at Diablo 3 for removing that class.
