Well, according to the translator site (who just did their own chapter 30, since the chapter 30 on most sites was a modification of the Chinese translation)

They also toned down Suu's language when she eats the poisonous plants.

The one thing I'm hoping from the anime is that they don't do 2 things

 

1. Make Miia talk like Cobra Commander (holding her "s"s)
2. Do the annoying amount of puns the 7S translation does.

And the other thing is if they censor it, uncensor it for the DVD release.

 

And, I don't even know what kind of length format it's going for. 22 minutes? 5 minutes? I'd say the 22 would be good, but I don't know how many episodes they could make, maybe a 12 episode season without filler.

Well Shaft would be the most obvious choice. David production has done a few silly series like this too. Whoever did the the senran kagura anime could also work.
