If you've seen the movie, I'm a bit curious. Do you think this could work as a game? If it was played straight, put you into an environment that exists to deceive the player.
I was thinking about Half Life 2 and the G-man, that led on to other easter eggs in general, and I happened to be re-watching the film now. People love searching for easter eggs so why not make that the game? Only the easter eggs are the plot. You could play the game's presented story and never figure it out, but look closely enough and the set falls apart, you realize a sinister reality. Maybe that would be too weird?
The Truman Show (spoiler-ish)

Sort of -- It's called Metal Gear Solid 2 Sons of Liberty. That's the closest you get to a game where reality and fiction intertwines in such a fashion that one couldn't tell them apart.

Jim Carrey is dead to me..
I haven't seen him in recent years, aside from a Steven Hawking docu. Last one was Bruce Almighty, I remember him get pretty vocal about gun violence or something.

Jim Carrey is an under appreciated actor. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, one of the greatest movies of all time, proves his crediblity as an actor, along with I Love You, Phillip Morris.
But this is about the film, so there. Ain't got much more to add than that.
