I realize that things are still in alpha, so there are a lot of little things that need addressing.  In looking at all of the E3 demos, videos and samples one thing that I keep seeing that, personally because I'm a little picky  ^_^ , irks me is Sera's skirt.  I figure if I, or we, don't say something now perhaps it'll be come one of those annoying oversights that makes it into the game where we say "I love this game but this thing gets on my last nerve."

If you look at the video where Sera's running through the field, or even up to the keep, her skirts look like plasticine (that's a kind of play-dough for some non-Canadians ;) ) stuck to her hip and leg, while some others seem to flow around their legs and/or act like loose shirts or skirts.  I'm sure there are other irks like that but that's been one of my biggest, so far.

...I need a hobby.  Is it October yet? LOL

That's a problem that Bioware's always had with how they do their armour meshes, same with their hair. It's always some rigid outline with the actual design being just a skin.

Probably a little late but I prefer the skins of DA1 to the meshes of DA2.  Just made modding so much easier.  With the changeable armors in DAI there is some hope though.

There's also the issue that hair and flowing garments take a lot of work, memory, and time to properly animate. LIke an insane amount. LIke a large enough amount that animation companies assign entire teams solely to animating things like dresses and hair in CG films like frozen and tangled. They are among some of the hardest things imaginable to animate. That's why Cassandra and Sera have short hair, and characters like Solas have no hair. It's much easier to make work than long flowing locks or big fancy dresses and trench coats.
