Well, I think that Hawke's reasons for leaving Kirkwall (and Hawke DID leave, Dragon Age 2 made that abundantly clear, that's the whole reason Cassandra is interrogating Varric)  As for whether Hawke is with others, I think also that is easily addressed by the "alive & well" and "Romance" flags.  It's been confirmed that Hawke will return in some capacity in Inquisition, so maybe then we'll find out

 

 

ah, i should have guessed that!  didnt know all possible endings.

just the same, i want to be sure the game knows which version happened and i'm not sure the Keep covers it.

for example, "who did you romance?" doesnt have the option to add, "did you break up?"  as far as I can see, the details of the Keep so far cant didtinguish between "hawke didnt approve of anders' decision, but stayed with him," and "hawke didnt approve of anders decision, and broke up with him." both options are available to a hawke who sides with the mages.

 

knowing the Keep can make this distinction is important to me

I can see them considering Witch Hunt to be one of the "mandatory" stories. It's a little arbitrary which is which, but it's the very ending of Origins so I can see maybe considering Witch Hunt to be canon.

 

With Warden's Keep, I think they had a "Did not encounter Avernus" and removed it.

 

witch hunt is very problematic for wardens who died, because it happens after that event. of course it's easily solved by adding the Warden Commander to the Keep,and making the option to have him be a different person from the Warden. why they havent added the Warden Commander  is a bold-faced question to me. My Orlesian canon WC is waiting to fill his spot in my history ;(

I would guess it has to do with difficulties in getting the dependencies to work. The Keep is still having a rough go of it with just the choices that it has so far.

I have a question regarding Avernus - is there actually an option in Warden's Keep to let him keep the research going unethically? I've never found that option but the keep has a "keep researching without constraints" option.

In terms of a plot option, I admit I would like to see one for the Awakening and Witch Hunt DLC where you can say your Warden never encountered the Architect or other related items, like my Dalish Elf Warden who sacrificed herself at Denerim. Sorry if this has already been discussed

yeah its got some bugs. I just want the Keep to be detailed enough ti faithfully represent past choices, especially the big ones. the Warden dying and ebing replaced by another Warden is a HUGE plot event. Fates of relationships are pretty big too.

When you first log into the Keep you should be at the tapestry automatically which has all the tiles, do you not see it? What web browser are you using?
 

 

Tapestry started, scanned for info (which it didn't find despite it being on there) and kicked me straight into the big choices for Origins. I am using the latest version of Google Chrome.

Sorry for the late reply and the lack of me being able to use The Keep. Work has just been a beast at the moment.

I think he means it doesn't need that option - if the US is enabled, it's obviously not the DA:O Warden. The issue I imagine is the CC-related stuff.

This thread just made me check something - dead Wardens can currently go through the Eluvian so long as they romanced Morrigan

The biggest thing the Keep has shown me so far is how similar some of my Warden's choices were. I nearly always brokered peace between the Dalish and the werewolves--in fact, I only have one save where I didn't. Oops. :3 

 

Also, never made a game where Alistair ended up staying with the Wardens. He either became a drunk or he's the King. Those are the only options, apparently. 

I did the Alistair is Warden choice, and then he and the Hero disappear at the end of Awakening.  Kind of anticlimactic.

It's a bit hard to see what problem you're facing without a scene cap (which we can't take) but if you can check this video starting at 2:40

Can you see all those tiles on your end? That's what the tapestry should look like when you first get there. If you're missing any of those when you need to contact the devs directly since it should work on chrome.   onlinecommunity@bioware.com

Or try another web browser to see if your browser is the problem (disable any ad blockers you may have on chrome)


If the page you see doesn't look like that at all or doesn't say tapestry at the top left corner you may have not reached the tapestry yet. Logging out and logging back into the Keep should bring you there or you need to hit the X at the top right part to get out of the narration (ISS)  which I'm suspecting you're stuck in. That should bring you to the final choice to take you to the proper tapestry.

Sorry, that was in response to Geminichild, who wanted to be able to say 'never encountered' to those choices. I was just trying to say that those events occurred, even if you didn't play them. Sorry, didn't realize that the quote didn't take!

I agree that the keep needs an option for Orlesian WC, even if we can't 'import' one, let us setup a default one. Another tile in Awakening, maybe.

Yeah, I also think that Orlesian Warden must be in the game since choices from DLC is important in DA:I. It would be awkward if first Morrigan will tell us that the Warden is dead and then that he stab her, right after he died. 

About Warden appearance in DA:I, that was confirmed that he will not, but maybe future games?

I could be wrong, but I believe they said in one of the Twitch streams, that you could import multiple world states as new saves in Inquisition. You would have to go back to the Keep each time and set a new one to export, though.

So, I just came across a worldstate while playing around with the Yolo button that is so absolutely hilarious that I had to share it.  XD   If you're wondering, yes, I'm filing these all as bugs - I'm pretty sure the devs are going to hate me, because I've just been sending bug reports nonstop for the past few minutes.  I have no idea if these can be recreated outside of using the "Yolo" button or not - I do know, however, the Keep does not prompt me to change them when I go in to each decision.  I plan on checking once I finish combing through he worldstate - but if anyone wants to beat me to checking, you're welcome to.

Loghain perished fighting the Archdemon, but Alistair had the Old God Baby with Morrigan, and the Warden took the final blow

Sten's decisions read "Did not free Sten", "Recruited Sten", "Did not recruit Sten"

I cured the Dog, but did not recruit him

Alistair remained with the Wardens - yet it makes a point of saying my Warden did not remain his mistress (which is only for if he rules Ferelden)

Connor is alive, Isolde is alive, but I sided with the Templars

 

Bethany and Carver both died in the Deeproads.  Bethany was also slain during the final battle.

Kissed Tallis.  Also made her angry.

Turned the mages over to the Templars in Act 1...  also killed Karras

Zevran died in Origins - but killed Nuncio in DA2, to save Zevran's life.  Zevran was also handed over to the Crows.

 

So yeah...  I'm not sure, but I *think* this worldstate might not be valid.  XD    Well, excuse me, while I go back to filing these. lol

only the dog is accurate, you can save him in ostagar, but reject him when he searches for you at the "random" encounter. (Pretty funny some of those )

These all sound like someone's fanfic(s) @__@ I've had yolo world states like these, I think it happens more than not.  it's more amazing when I get a yolostate that's actually all accurate
