I'm confused about the choices regarding DAO's endgame. Shouldn't the Keep let us save the Warden while s/he kills the Archdemon? What happened to the whole 'demon child' deal? Why is saving Loghain and making him kill the Archdemon the only way to save both Alistair and Warden? Also, doesn't that mean Loghain became a Grey Warden at the very last moment? I remember that makes Alistair leave the party and live as a drunk for life, but the Keep never catches the contradiction of that.

Look under companions and to the far top right, you'll see morrigan's baby as a choice that represents the dark ritual. It takes a little bit of coaxing to get the Keep to do what you want and some searching.

The plot point reversion bug is frustrating. Thought it was fixed, but the Flemeth Grimoire, Marjolaine, Kitty, and Oghren plots keep reverting back for me - even on a brand new world state. Reported it and it seems Bioware is still looking at it. Hope it gets double fixed before release ![]()

Interesting. It looks like I'm the only one who plays Hawke like they're a continuation of the Warden. I'd assumed that was standard
That's how I played it too. You could even say my Commander Shepard is the same character too. My Inquisitor will also probably resemble the other 3. For my main playthroughs I just tend to play how I would respond in those situations if I had the same abilities, etc. I do have some alternate playthroughs for the heck of it though.

Also confirmed on my end, those new plotpoints aren't fixed and keep getting reset as well.

i went with human sword and shield warrior in DA:O. like morrigan because she had a soft side later one.made a "pact" because i refuse to lose anyone in my playthroughs.
missing my old god baby.
Hawke was a combat mage and i chose Merrill because well Isabela was just meh. Hawke wasnt as important of a MC to me so i spent most of my time trolling alistair with dog back in DA:O.
is it hard for my warden to find his love and demi-baby? is that too much to ask?

Look under DA:O companions, far right top tile is about Morrigan's baby/Dark ritual

Yep, there certainly is a bug that just changed a whole lot of settings for me when I logged into the Keep: Warden now dies, Morrigan gets no child etc. -- plus it's a bit funny that I cannot decline these changes ("Here, do you want us to change this for you?... oh you don't? well too bad, too late now")

Forgive me for double-posting. Unfortunately I'm a bit late to the beta so apologies if I'm not ploughing through 42 pages, it's probably more efficient to invest that time into actual testing.
I find it a bit weird to find one of the most central plot choices -- Morrigan being allowed to perform the ritual or not -- in the remote "Companions" section, even more so since Morrigan is the last entry to the right... definitely have to scroll to get there. It makes a certain sense to put it there, but considering how crucial this choice is for the main character surviving and Ferelden's ruler, perhaps it would make sense to move the ritual question to the "Battle of Denerim"?

Better to submit this in the feedback since the devs will more likely see it.

Given feedback on it.

I have a question, before da:i launches will the keep have all available plot choices? And what i mean by this is will i be able to perfect my world state before hand or will more plot choices be made available sometime after the game comes out. (cause it be a real pain if new ones came out after i started my adventure in the game)

There have been polls asking what decisions users would like to see added to the Keep. There is also a function to suggest plot points on the feedback tool. I believe that all the decisions affecting Inquisition will be on the tapestry by the time the game is available.

The Keep has to be ready by the time the game is launched, that's why we are here right? To help make that happen! Go Keepers

I'm actually not having any problems with my world state changing... It happened maybe once or twice, but after I locked a few choices, it has worked fine.

this is a delayed bug, check you world states in about 3 hours or longer and they will revert even while locked.

I'm wondering how the DAI is going to recognize a hardened Leliandra. I hope it's not going by the Marjolaine tile. I let Marjolaine go, but hardened Leliandra based on our conversation afterwards at camp.

I think Leliana and Alistair gets hardened anyhow. If not in DAO then after DAO. I am more curious how they will explain Leliana's resurrection if she was killed by the Warden as they are recognising it in the keep.

Welcome to the Lounge!
This space will be a bit different from our Open Discussion threads. Here you can chat about all the awesome World States you're creating with everyone else and we won't be actively looking for feedback here.
So, please keep in mind:
- If you're finding bugs, remember to report them through the Beta Feedback tool in the DA Keep - this is the easiest way for us to organize and keep track of what everyone's finding related to plot bugs, tile art inconsistencies and so on.
- If you have a plot request, we now have a brand new section in the Beta Feedback tool where you can submit a "Plot Request" - it's awesome and we recommend you try it out
- We won't spend too much time in here, so if you have a question - please use the Ask a Question thread and we'll do our best to answer
Most importantly, remember to be respectful of everyone's Dragon Age story. This should be a fun place to reminisce about your favorite Dragon Age moments and how to recreate them in the DA Keep.
Cant wait to kick some ass in this game, horses are a cool thing to have as seen in vids. Wish cud use the warden again loved that character.

I saw a quote or tweet where someone said that we don't know what happened and shouldn't assume. Also the Keep description of the option where you killed Leliana says "Leliana was left to die..." The implication is she wasn't actually dead and got better. Personally, I think that's a bs way to do it, but oh well.

Sorry guys: quick question, 'cause I'm confused.
The fate of Yevhen sons in DA2 "The Fool's Gold" quest should depend merely on whom you save first, right? You go to Iwan first and Merin dies, or the other way around. Oddly, the Keep tapestry ties this decision to the fate of Nathaniel Howe, i.e. I can't seem to be able to help their father at all unless I have a dead Nathaniel in my scenario (from Awakening). Does this ring a bell to any of you?
Thank you.

You only got Fool's gold or Finding Nathaniel depending on whether Nathaniel survived the events of Awakening (or in the bugged case, was in your party when you beat the game)
