I have been playing the Mass Effect games for a while now. And yesterday when I played multiplayer on Mass Effect 3 I was in a few Platinum games with some friends, we played 11 games, my friends got around a total of 1250000 credits while I got 0 Credits....... HOW the HELL can I fix that? I lost like 7 hours of gameplay and over 1 million credits, that I consider a huge loss, anyone who can help me is welcome!
IF the Bioware team could give a good answer to this, I would be very Happy! =D
I cannot find the original post on this issue (as posted by a BioWare developer), but to get your missing credits, you must exit the game, then start the game again.
Not sure if it is retroactive to all your games played, or just the last game you played where you did not receive the credits.

Well, I also thought the problem was that I only needed a restart, but after trying to restart I didnt got the credits, and I even tried to restart my computer, but I am still missing all My credits.... =/
