I doubt anyone knows the answer to this, but I thought I would ask anyways. Is there any chance that we will be able to equip our inquisitor with a mask à la Cullen?

I bet we will. We are going to Orlais, it'd be weird if we didn't get masks like that. And we've seen some already in the DLC for DA2.
So far both DAO and DA2 have had full face helmets, and in this game the helmets will stay equiped in conversations, so the answer is pretty much yes.
Well, I'll hope anyway.
I'd like to roleplay an ugly-ish person who prefers to obscure their face at some point.
I don't really see why not, especially when there's a large selection of outfits and stuff.
It'd be funny if you kept your mask on during the love scene.
So many jokes to be made from that.

How did I manage to sink 195 hours into Origins and play DA2 twice, and still never come across any wearable face helmets? 
I want a Phantom of the Opera style mask. Then I'll dress my Quizzy up in a cape and sing the soundtrack in my head.
My MageHawke in DA2 had a V-Style facemask with a Hood over it. It looked awesome. I want to be able to have it again. Or him to have it if I see him again.
