Not a huge deal since redeeming product codes typically only unlocks a small multiplayer reward, but when I tried to redeem my product code for the Dark Horse Turian Cruiser model on http://social.bioware.com/redeem it claimed the code was accepted, but said it "could not determine the product registered". Obviously I cannot redeem the code again as it's already been used, and my user entitlements page is not showing the Turian Cruiser with the other products I have registered. Ideas?

Good question. I don't remember what error message I got, but my code that came with my Turian Cruiser didn't work either.
I wasn't too concerned about it since I figured it would be, at best, a Jumbo Equipment Pack since I've unlocked everything except for a few levels on the ultra-rare weapons, but I figured I'd reply to let you know you aren't the only one.
I think mine actually said it was logged and valid, and I believe it shows up on the old BSN under my "main" account (PS3), but I saw no new packs to redeem on either my PS3 account, my PC account, or my XBox 360 account (yes, I'm a crazy that got this game on all three platforms and MPs on all three, LOL), so it just flat out did not work.
