Who wants to see Liara in Mass Effect 4? What do you think her character will like without Shepard? Yeah, she only has about 9 more centuries to live.
She has her own comic series, she has her own DLC, she has the most romance content out of all the character's in the trilogy, she's a squad member in some form in all three games (Garrus and Tali can die in ME2), she has a cameo appearance in paragon lost, I think we've seen enough of her already.

well..........she IS the Shadow Broker, so who knows, we might need her services. a cameo would be acceptable. it's good for nostalgia purposes, and adds a hint of familiarity, that you're indeed playing a Mass Effect game.
HOWEVER making her a forced LI and make stuff revolve around her again is NOT acceptable.

I like her and I'd like to see her again (if nothing else to annoy the Liara haters). But as the Shadow Broker Liara could definitely return in a cameo so long as she survived the beam rush.

Given her life expectancy, she could do the transition between ME3 and ME4, if we suppose that ME4 will take place a long time after the events of ME3. I think I would like to see her again.
