What's the "end-of-life" plan for ME3?

I stopped playing Multiplayer long ago, I was just wondering what the retirement plan was for single-player content.

Not heard anything but I'll add to that what's going to happen with the MP war assets (both direct through promotions and readinesss)?

BtdS is a good precedent. There's also the NWN1 Premium Modules, which still run though IIRC you can't buy them anymore.

I dread the day I'm stuck at 50% readiness forever lol.

My readiness has been at 90% since the third week of March 2012. I haven't played multiplayer since that time.

Isn't it supposed to decline over time?

Only if you're online.

You need maxiumum ems for the good ending, right?
The Extended Cut reduced the requirement to 3100 EMS, which is easy to obtain strictly with single player. It can actually be more difficult, and some cases impossible, to get the bad endings if you have the DLC's.

Probably to do so without warning, like lots of things they do.

I mean, technically they're required to give us a notice 30 days beforehand.Probably to do so without warning, like lots of things they do.

I love the fact that it's actually a challenge to get the terrible endings in the mass effect series rather than the good endings.
If you mean refuse, you can choose that option no matter what your ems is.
Getting low ems to see the Earth scorched(if that's what you're aimong for) is not that hard..

At least at 50% I don't have to look at the stupid galaxy map and see that we are winning the war against the reapers, then listen to Hackett and Anderson complain about how badly things are going.

Refuse doesn't really count, by virtue of there being no good version of this option. Plus, you don't get the bad version of the battle over earth, nor do you get the higher destruction slides.
But promotion hounds have to go offline to get the bad ending, or else they'll always have too many points.

I've worried about this also. I play on Xbox.

Just curious if there's any precedent for how EA handles this. It's a foregone conclusion that they'll pull the plug on the Multiplayer server one day, but since DLC needs to be validated through Origin, would that mean that all DLC content will become inaccessible when that happens, or will EA do what Bioware did with the Bring Down The Sky DLC for ME1 and make it freely accessible? Will ME3 no longer require validation through Origin, or will it simply cease to function?
I stopped playing Multiplayer long ago, I was just wondering what the retirement plan was for single-player content.
Wouldn't they just shut down the multiplayer, patch whatever needs to be, and keep selling single player DLC?
