Exactly how do I e mail customer dis-service.
I log on..go to the e mail customer service page, answer the three required questions and then....what....
There is no tab to continue or to ask your question. Just the page with three boxes...which I filled in....
Some junk on the left side which has no bearing on the issue....
All I know is that if it weren't for the great folks on the forums, many players would be in a world of hurt in view of all the help you DON'T or CAN'T get from the folks who took your money...
