Well we know Viv and IB get along. And that Cassandra mostly gets along with both of them.
I'm guessing Sera and IB get along from what we heard.
I still just really want varric to nickname dorien 'twirly'

It says on the official website:
Iron Bull talks shop after battles with Cassandra, and agrees on most stuff with her.
He also like Vivienne even when she tells him he over-indulging. Or something like that.
Vivienne and Cassandra also are supposed to get along.
Somewhere (in the past) it mentioned Vivienne doesn't get along with a specific Inquisition Mage. I wonder if this means Solas or Dorian?

Could be either, what with Solas being a apostate, I believe, and Dorian a magister. Then again maybe she'll be a little envious of Dorian for being able to reach such a high, powerful position in his society which she could not obtain due to her being a mage. Not sure, but it's fun to speculate.
Maybe none of the mages like each other. Maybe taking two or all three mages means having to put up with increasingly petty, petulant, childish squabbles that result in debuffs and fire damage for the whole team.

I think that mage is likely to be Morrigan. Cameron Lee mentioned the two being polar opposites (and that Morrigan was part of the Inquisition) in the Playstation Access interview posted a couple of days ago. Couple that with Morrigan's position in court and it's possible the two are rivals.
Edit: Misquoted Cameron. Fixed.
Edit: Randomly hit me this morning that Morrigan was one of the first characters revealed before that quote from Mary...Hm..So I guess it really is down to Dorian and Solas...I'm gonna go with Solas because of the food he's associated with (candied scotch bonnet which is very hot). That could make him the male polar opposite for Viv I guess. Conversely, if Dorian is really trying to improve people's impression of Tevinter I could see him going out of his way to keep the peace with her.
Iron Bull will dislike anyone who tries to order him around (Freddie confirmed that). However, he respects other strong people, so should be okay with Cassandra, Blackwall and Vivienne, even though she is a mage, because they are all disciplined and true to their purpose. He will likely be suspicious of Dorian because of the relations between Tevinter and the Qun, probably a mutual distrust, and also because of the Qun's attitude to mages. Solas will bother him because of having been an apostate and an expert on the Fade, which to IB may well mean demons. If he finds out about Cole, I imagine he will freak. He seems to have a good working relationship with Sera and will probably not have any problem with Varric. From what we are told it is Varric who may have a problem with him.
Vivienne will probably sharply disagree with Solas. She may be wary of Dorian but the Orlesian Circle had representatives at the Orlesian Embassy in Tevinter so it is possible in her younger days she may even have had a spell there, like Rhys. He still represents controlled magic, even if controlled by mages, rather than totally free and unsupervised. I am thinking she may well be horrified by Cole but I could be wrong.
Sera will probably not like Vivienne. I get the feeling that Viv may be the sort of person who feels the "ends justifies the means". After all that is basically the philosophy behind keeping the mages locked up in Circles. It is also the outlook of Celene and most other Orlesian nobles and Vivienne is part of that set up.
Solas may well be intrigued by Cole without actually trusting him because he does know so much about the Fade, and presumably about Fade spirits. Dorian may be the most comfortable with having him around because I guess that Tevinter Magisters know how to guard against malign spirits and so would have the magic to defend himself if Cole got nasty. I could see him warding his bedroom at night, so Cole wouldn't be able to get in. Solas would probably do the same.
I would think that Blackwall would get on with most people provided they didn't try and harm innocents. The Wardens recruit a pretty broad spectrum of society so I would think that nothing much would phase him. He certainly shouldn't have a problem with mages, unless at some point a Warden mage has rubbed him up the wrong way. The Wardens rely on magic for their joining ritual and other parts of their work, in particular fighting darkspawn.
That's about it from what we know about them thus far. I'm trying not to prejudge too much because I expect things may change once we get going, depending on which direction we take the Inquisition. I certainly think it is going to be possible to select a party without too much antagonism taking place, unless of course you feel that all that tension makes for better fighters when the situation arises.

I'm guessing that means Solas because she is vihmently in favor of The Circle, and he's just as passionately opposed to it.
Now, this is a topic on the relationships between companions (advisors as well if you want to put them in). I'm interested in hearing all of your thoughts, but remember the Inquisitor is not viable because it all depends on how you play her/him. This doesn't nessisarly mean shipping, it could be how they view each other.
For example,
Varrick would severly dislike The Iron Bull because of what went down in Act 2 of DA2.
Sera would likely be friends with Blackwall because they both see themselves as protectors and (judging by the bar scene) they have similar senses of humor.
Cassandra would be a very close ally to Leliana because they are the right and left hand of The Divine respectively.
I like the way you think. I agree with your take on the relationships they will have and I see Vivienne having some firey explosions with Cullen and Sera annoying Cassandra and pressing her buttons. I'm excited to see their relationships unfold.
I have a feeling Sera is going to be just a fun character, also I think it would be funny if you romance Sera you and her will share flirty dirty jokes that Varric will get a kick out of and that will annoy Cassandra
DAI writers have already suprised me with some relationships, I thought that Iron Bull wouldn't get along with Vivienne and that Cass and Varric would be bff's ^^; So my thoughts probaply prove to be exact opposites in the end..
Anyways couple who I have most info of:
Cassandra: She will get well together with anyone practical who wants order. Vivienne and Iron Bull are confirmed. I think she will like Leliana and Blackwall as well. She will be wary of Dorian and Cole maybe Solas as well. She will be neutral with rest.
Varric: I think he will like everyone who is friendly with him. I can see him joking with Sera and Leliana much. He probaply will like Cole and Iron Bull after getting to know them, first he will be wary. He will tease Cullen a lot and talk about Hawke and Kirkwall. I think he will like Dorian, Blackwall, Scribbles, almost everyone.
Vivienne: I think she like strong people she can respect. I don't think she will get well together with Sera and Dorian. I think she will ignore most of companions and have few who she likes, Cassandra and Iron Bull being two of these.
Iron Bull: He doesn't like to be ordered around and I think he will like people who are fun to be around. He will tease and enjoy being with Sera. Sera will be like little sister to him. He already has confirmed to like Cassandra and Vivienne. I think he might clash with Cullen or Dorian. He will be wary of Cole.
Sera: She seem to like people who are straight-forward, fun and loyal. She won't get along with Vivienne. I think she will like Varric and Iron Bull although these two will tease her alot. She will get along with Leliana has well. She might clash with Cassandra and her practical views.
Cullen: He will be vary of all the mages and Cole. I think he might get best along with Leliana, Scribbles, Blackwall and Varric. I think he will like Sera as well. He might clash with Cassandra and argue about best approaches in battle situations.
I think I should be able to finish this now, sorry I couldn't do the whole thing at once.
Blackwall to...
Dorian - They won't speak much, I think. They won't have a whole lot to say to each other.
Cole - Like with Dorian, they won't talk much, but he won't be as critical of Cole as others, thinking they should use his knowledge of spirits to their advantage
Sera - They'll get along better than to be expected, since they both believe in looking out for the common folk. He'll disagree with her methods, though. Sera, considering what the Blight is, will like Blackwall just fine.
Cullen - Blackwall will be a mentor figure to Cullen, teaching him more about war
Scribbles - He'll value her money talents, but not speak to her otherwise.
Leliana - He won't care for her. Sound tactics of a military variety are nice, but darkspawn are mostly mindless so intelligence gathering isn't a priority. He'll let her go, but think she won't gather the things needed.
Dorian to...
Cole - Won't trust him, Tevinter magisters use demons like many others, and thinks Cole is no different
Sera - They'll have personality similarities and get along pretty well.
Cullen - He'll be hard on Cullen, because templars are ineffective in Tevinter, and will see him as unwilling to do what is needed
Scribbles - Knows the value of money from the lavish ways Tevinter has. But will watch her for signs of theft
Leliana - Knowledge is power, he'll value what she does. After the Venatori thing, Leliana won't be so inclined to be nice to Dorian though
Cole to...
Sera - Won't trust him, he'll murder anyone
Cullen - Knows full well from Anders what sort of dangers abominations provide
Scribbles - She'll be extremely wary, thinking he might want to make a new host
Leliana - Less inclined to worry because she knew about Wynne's condition, but won't like Cole's past
(In short, Cole is the friend no one likes)
Sera to...
Cullen - She'll tease him plenty, but it won't extend further beyond that.
Scribbles - Sera seems the type who use any means to get her wealth: Fair or foul. As such, she'll be cool with Scribbles
Leliana - They'll have fun together, but they won't be friends
Cullen to...
Scribbles - Scribbles seems like a compliant, good mage who won't turn to demons, they'll get along great.
Leliana - Both are devout Andrastians and believe in good conduct, so they'll do well together, relying on each other for their talents.
Scribbles to...
Leliana - They operate in different spheres, and they'll help each other if needed, but they'll mostly be separated.
I love the way these are going.

Why won't Leliana and Sera be friends.
From the Cole interview.
[DA]: You mentioned that the player can choose not to have Cole join the Inquisition. Are the other followers going to have an opinion?
[PW]: Oh, Maker, yes. Vivienne thinks Cole should be safely banished, and Sera refuses to talk to "it" entirely.
[DA]: As does the Iron Bull, presumably. You said during a previous interview that he had athing about demons.
[PW]: See, Bull is funny. He does hate demons, but if you're on the team, you're on the team. In Bull's mind, Cole is a weird squirrelly kid who just needs a night of good drinks and bad women to get him sorted out.
Iron Bull is so going to try to corrupt Cole to booze and women.
I wonder which party member is going to try to stop him. Someone will have to stop him. Poor Cole.
I suspect one of the other two mages will see Cole has an interesting study case, or maybe both. Sera won't remember him.
Varric might have some issues with a spirit in the party since Anders. Blackwall might find his "help the helpless" stuff really nice.
Cassandra is probably going to think like Vivienne. Although the Nevarran's death belief might make her see his existence as normal too: Nevarrans believes that when someone dies, there is an exchange of spirits with the Fade so they make nice tombs with nice corpses for these new arrivals. That's pretty much what Cole is, minus the nice tomb and corpse.

Definitely Solas I think. I mean, with him being an expert on the Fade he has to be curious about Fade dwellers.
As for advisers, Cullen will hate him, Leliana and he may have a friendship bond due to their time in Asunder, and I still stand by Scribbles and him having a mother/son kind of thing.
I hope Cole will atleast have someone he can really bond with. Like maybe Cass or Scribbles.
I think a mother figure would probably be good for him.

You jest, but I would love to have Evangeline as an agent.

Would she be an agent or a soldier in the Military branch

I meant agent as in work with the Inquisition, like Dagna. She would probably be a military branch one though, yes.
