Another monotone character here we come... /sigh
No doubt he will at least be a variety of minor characters, like thats1evildude said.
I like Meer and think he did a good job in each Mass Effect game (though his performance did improve markedly from game to game imho). I typically don't give a thought to voice actors until I'm actually hearing them in the game, but it's nice to know that I've already enjoyed his work in another game.
you've got to be kidding? his range is incredible, hanar, vorcha, volus, Commander Shepard......
Dude Mark Meer is awsome giant range as a VO Actor and well not just a VO actor.
The only issue I have with Mark Meer is that after years of Mass Effect, I can pick out his voice almost instantly. And it... kinda takes me out of it.
He's like the male Grey Delisle or Jennifer Hale.
Maybe we'll end up seeing that one Disciple called "The Seeker" mentioned in the Architect's Journal.
He was "That" elf. I don't think I can look at male shep the same way again. On, the plus side his character gave me an idea of how to get around the gay romance without a mod. I love the flexibility of is range.
I don't know if it's confirmed or not, but I'm going to guess Blackwall.

Ew.
I love Meer, but he doesn't do "Grizzled old veteran" for me.
Plus, I'm hoping Blackwall is Scottish.

And for those who have played the Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition, he voices both Rasaad yn Bashir and Baeloth the Entertainer
He also been known to bust out a Bizarro now and then. ![]()

That that may be one of the greatest things ive ever seen on the internet.
Also id love to see Mark Meer do a tabletop roleplaying game session like with wil wheaton.
Let us not also forget that he was Athras and Orphan Ollie from DAO as well as the injured krogan scout and the whiny eclipse merc from Thane's recruitment mission in ME2.
I do consider DudeShep monotone and flat, but Meer himself is a good voice actor with range. He voices Rasaad in the Baldur's Gate 2: Extended Edition, and it's really great work and very different.
ThisAll threads needsa moon door.
Fixed. Though I think you could make a case that Allan Schumacher is at least a part-time Moon Door.
Chevalier Shepard, obviously.
