Yep. They love it for pc. However you every try to mod a game for consoles much more work is need.

Modding isn't about cheating, and who cares if it was anyway? Are you so stoic you demand every one play by the rules in a vidya game? I think you need to educate yourself on the nature of modding, how it arose and why some developers actively encourage it.

edit-I see you're bringing up achievements and online play. People who mess with that stuff on public servers are hackers, not modders. Most folks here are talking about single player mods.

Trophies and achievements aren't important to you?

No. They are not. But let's assume they were important, just for laughs. Getting an achievement by using a mod wouldn't help. I'd know the achievement was fake, and nobody else would care about my achievements anyway.

Wait... are you saying that you care about other players' achievements? If so, why?

MP balance is a separate issue if you're competing with someone. But college kids who blew off all their classes are going to have more hours in the game than I can get anyway, so from where I sit there are always going to be players with more levels or whatever the game gives out than I'm going to have. Why should I care if someone modded his way there? That just means he's a weaker player than his level would make you think.

Once I'm done with some vanilla and "by the rules" playthroughs, I know I'm going to use cheats and blow stuff up with my unlimited mana and 0 cooldown. As far as singleplayer games go, I can play them however I want. So, while all you white knights play the game "the right way", I'm gonna go 2-shot kill a dragon as a Solo Saarebas.

Funny you mention this, cause no it's not.  I have experience on this one.  It was as easy as buying a JTAG'ed box and modding the same way I would for PC.  The only difference was transferring files to a USB flashd rive then copying them onto the box.  If that's "much more work" then lol.  Just lol.

Which means you have to buy a JTAG'ed box (which is an added expense) which is becoming rarer since Microsoft updated the dash for Xbox360. If I am not mistaken anything 2.0.8 and above is not JTAGable. Also it requires more work that many are not going to care about especially not for the electronically inept.
