Also, will she still think of a female Warden as a sister?

I hope so. That was my favorite route with Morrigan. I liked it way better than the romance.
Oh, yeah, I loved that route too. Yes, probably more than the romance (in fact, it's my personal canon, even if I began that playthrough just because I was bored). My favourite scene with Morrigan happens in that path, actually:
If there's one thing I admire in DA:O compared to other Bioware games, it's the friendship routes. Especially when compared to what happened in ME2, where the dialogues didn't advance more if you weren't romancing the companion.

Great line, loved that scene.

Totally agree! Morrigan changes to a warm woman at this point. You see her attitude change towards dog! In the beginning she sounds harsh and uncaring, but what she says is really spot on. When love arrives, she is becomes entrancing. Adore her!!

Maybe she will die because she's not the cold B from beginning of Origins. Remember, back then, it was all about survival for her.
*gasp* What if she's going to sacrifice herself to save the only friend she ever had, aka the Warden? *gasps again*

Nah I dobt Morrigan to deliberately sacrifice herself...I expect (and hope) that she is still more or less about survival first.
...tho as she has shown in Origins she is not against taking some very big risks (the Archdemon - althoought that may be becouse if the ritual for OGB is done shee needs to be close...).

...dies trying to save the Warden, Nelaros style?
(Nelaros is your fiancé in the City Elf origin if you're playing a female Warden)

Maybe. We didn't see her in what, ten years? That's a plenty time to learn how a dragon thinks. I mean, she learned many animals by Origins, and she was in her late teens/early 20s.
I'm still hoping she lives.

This is still my favorite Morrigan (and Dragon Age) fan art done so far. I would prefer human mage warden, but it is still great.
I'd selfishly prefer Surana Warden myself, but it's a very good picture. Given Aimo's other picture, I wonder if Morrigan's son (in Inquisition) will also have her eyes (since she has the same eye color as Flemeth).

Son of a gun! I just now realized that in the scene she's not just apologizing for her prickly personality, she's thinking about the dark ritual! (Yeah...I was a bit slow on that one, wasn't I? xD)
Especially painful if your warden was in a relationship with Alistair :/
It's going to be so awkward if my warden ever meets the old god baby. His (?) mother was like-a-sister. Does that make him a like-a-nephew? And stepson...
What a wonderfully dysfunctional family.
Considering how she and Alistair got along, I wonder what she tells her son about his father?

"Such simple pleasures will only enthrall for so long. I recall the first time I crept beyond the edge of the wilds. I did so in animal form, remaining in the shadows and watching these strange townsfolk from afar. I happened upon a noblewoman by her carriage, adorned in sparkling garments the likes of which I had never before seen. I was dazzled. This, to me, seemed what true wealth and beauty must be. I snuck up behind her and stole a hand mirror from the carriage. ‘Twas encrusted in gold and crystalline gemstones and I hugged it to my chest with delight as I sped back to the wilds. Flemeth was furious with me. I was a child and had not yet come into my full power, and I had risked discovery for the sake of a pretty bauble. To teach me a lesson, Flemeth took the mirror and smashed it upon the ground. I was heartbroken. Flemeth was right to break me of my fascination. Beauty and love are fleeting and have no meaning. Survival has meaning, power has meaning. Without those lessons I would not be here today, as difficult as they might have been." - Morrigan (Dragon Age: Origins)

so i have bits and pieces of memory about what i wanted to tell you all about. turns out it was a dragon age dream and a bunch of bones formed into a monster creature similar to the pale man in pan's labyrinth but with real eyes and greenish, like a mix of that and "the creeper" from scooby-doo. anyway, the monster was named Grimoire, and was in fact Flemmeth's Grimoire, and not a book. Morrigan flipped out because that means she got pregnant for nothing.

We'll be OK....
Seriously Morrigan friendship with F!Warden is easily one of my , if not my most, favorite parts of DAO.

Rember this exchange from WH?
"Where does the Eluvian lead?
To a place beyond this world and the Fade."
Só, now we know she meant the paths created by the ancient elves. Nice way of dodging the question. That's the equivalent of saying "Where does this road lead? To the highway."
