Son of a gun! I just now realized that in the scene she's not just apologizing for her prickly personality, she's thinking about the dark ritual! (Yeah...I was a bit slow on that one, wasn't I? xD)
Especially painful if your warden was in a relationship with Alistair :/
It's going to be so awkward if my warden ever meets the old god baby. His (?) mother was like-a-sister. Does that make him a like-a-nephew? And stepson...
What a wonderfully dysfunctional family.
Considering how she and Alistair got along, I wonder what she tells her son about his father?
Even if they say that blood is thicker than water, family friends can become more family than the biological one. I support Auntie Warden.
As for what she might tell her son about Alistair if he's the father, well, I guess as much as Flemeth told her about hers. "Mommy had sex with a stupid random male Warden to save her only best friend. Then you were born. The end."
It just ocurred to me that Morrigan as probably laughing at us.
Rember this exchange from WH?
"Where does the Eluvian lead?
To a place beyond this world and the Fade."
Só, now we know she meant the paths created by the ancient elves. Nice way of dodging the question. That's the equivalent of saying "Where does this road lead? To the highway."
She probably learnt a lot from Flemeth. Why say anything clearly and easily when you can make your listener wonder for years about your riddles? ![]()
