With the Warden gone and Morrigan and my Warden's son coming in DA:I I'm kinda disappointed. At least he'll be able to meet his uncle Hawke!!

Hopefully Anora does not fuss out. My Cousland Warden married her and they were ruling Ferelden quite happily. 

 

We're gonna meet her again in DA:I, so we'll hear what she has to say about the warden's who married her

1. Bioware has already said that the story of Inquisition is "Morrigan's moment," so I highly doubt that she will just be a spectator.

2. Even if you elected to stab Morrigan at the end of Witch Hunt, there is no proof that she actually dies. She just falls through the Eluvian.

Wich  means that inquisition  will be the last game  for  morrigan and  probably  alistair.

Because  probably in this game we will have a final option to  kill  morrigan,  so  the  character  will  be an  optional  for  future  dragonage  game like  nhataniel, zevran ecc. Inquiquisition story is  the end  of  her  story

I don't see why we'll have this option. It'd depend on her role in the story. Maybe she'll support us and we won't have the option to kill her.
Her role isn't really clear though. While she's Celene's arcane advisor, Cameron Lee said in an interview that she has a major role in 'the' inquisition, meaning the organization.

I've been working very hard during the last month making this costume and I must say it's coming together nicely. There is still a lot of work to do to finish it, but I'm very happy with all this. I'm learning a lot, this is my first hoop skirt dress and I'm excited to show you my progress.

It has been said Morrigan's relationship with the Inquisition is tenuous. I am thinking it will depend on both the PC's actions and world state how good her relationship will be. I am curious if she will be a Skyhold resident, and also what her and her son's interactions with other characters will be. I'm sure that she will get along with some companions and advisers better than others.

Yeah, I'm still mostly wondering what her role in everything is. What are her motivations in being in the game, plot wise? Probably something to do with the Old Gods and dragons, especially if you did the Dark Ritual. But we still don't really know what her end game is for anything beyond the sort of nebulous idea of accumulating power, I guess.

 

On a game level, I don't know that she'll be a fixture in Skyhold or more likely a temporary NPC that might tag along in certain story quests and then fly off to do her own thing. Then again, Leliana's tarot card has that crow on her shoulder and it seems Morrigan has taken to turning into a crow, so maybe that's her helping Leliana with espionage stuff?
