Finally finished my first playthrough.

Totally needed some Aaryn Flynn gifs once I got to hear Morrigan talk about Kieran, the Warden and their life together. Her voice had such warmth. Other than actually playing as the Warden, this was everything I could've hoped for. Other than being happy with her relationship with the Warden being stronger than ever, I also feel a bit vindicated for calling it ahead of time that she would be very devoted to being the best mother she could possibly be, giving her son the childhood she never had.

Hearing her beg the woman she has despised and run from for so long to take her and spare her son was rough in a very, very good way.

Odin Black is a name worthy of someone born with the soul of a god.

Yes, her character development I loved so much. From a cruel selfish bwitch, to a caring mother and partner. This change I was expecting since Origins and had the hopes it would happen there. Thankfully it did at least but Morrigan is my favorite either way  =]

That part was pretty much beautiful. Morrigan raging about Flemeth and the genuine look of hurt on Flemeth's face when Morrigan implied she was a bad Mother. They made me dislike Flemeth as evil for two games and then they go and make me feel sorry for her XD.

In case you were curious, a certain young boy in #DAI named Kieran was voiced by @TheClaudiaBlack's own son, the delightful Odin Black.

Odin ? All - Father Black ?

I hope her next kid is named Thor or Freyja.

So did anyone here made Morrigan drink from the Well or did your Inquisitor drink it themselves ?

I let Morrigan drink.

Its a good "Be careful what you wish for." scenario.

Ahh Claudia, such a voice that woman.. she is so charming. No one else could have been Morrigan, I hope the character will show up again in an actual good DA game.

Gotta say...as pissed as I was about the ending to Mass Effect, Bioware really made up for it by giving me the exact Morrigan/Warden closure I always hoped for. Love the fact they they are together and raising "our" son like I always hoped....thank you Bioware!

As much as I loved everything about the Morrigan and Kieran plot to bits, I was disappointed they decided to just give Kieran's old God Soul to Flemeth.

I guess it was just too damn hard to write something truly meaningful for a boy who might not even exist.

How could anyone not have Kieran exist, however, is beyond me-

Also, I do wish there had been a mention of the Warden in that final scene or maybe that he would mention Morrigan and Kieran in his letter. Something like:

"PS: Should anything happen to Morrigan or my son while in Skyhold, I will hunt you down, I will find you, and I will kill you."

Or maybe the Warden knew that the Inquisitor can keep Morrigan and Kieran safe or that Morrigan can take care of herself and their son.

Yeah that thing went pretty well and wasn’t a close call at all.

Its not like the Warden is omniscient.

Oh wait nvm MisterJB got his wish

"I have also included a note of a personal nature for Lady Morrigan and Kieran."

"Please take care of my family. Morrigan is stronger and wiser than anyone else I have met, and I would not go through such effort to escape my own Calling to lose them to your Inquisition."

The hell? What are the conditions for that?

Maybe that only appears if you contact the Warden through Morrigan rather than Leliana?

Just finished the game.  Here is a post I made in July on what I thought might happen with Morrigan's plot.  Well....at least I got a few aspects right.

Morrigan and her story (with Kieran and the Warden) is one of the most exciting parts of this game.

Here we are again, if she is selfish then why the heck didn't she left you after the Well. You totally have no idea about Morrigan and rant about evil and selfishness.

I agree, it felt weak and lazy to give away something so big. But at the same time, I kind of never wanted "my son" to have that thing anyway. I am glad Kieran is free of it, but also a bit disappointed as well how it just went away like that.

Speaking of the Warden, they should have had his location on the actual WEST somewhere because how he finds time to come to Ferelden but not visit his buddies and well WIFE and CHILD is outrageous. Also kind of funny, how my Warden "helped" my Inquisitor by giving him a belt of "2% melee defense" I believe it was. But overall, I am not fed enough with Warden references about his actions and relationships.

Hey guys, I just finished my second playthrough and would like some help from other players or devs. On my first playthrough Morrigan was not romanced but did the dark ritual and the ending slide showed them both leaving.

Now on my second playthrough that had Morrigan romanced and the dark ritual completed (with the warden going through the eluvian with them), the ending slide showed Morrigan alone. I don't know if she's supposed to mention the Warden or her son, but she only talked about leaving Skyhold alone as well. Is that a bug?

I also had another...annoyance in the romanced morrigan playthrough. I talked to Leliana first before talking to Morrigan and got the 'find the HOF' wartable mission from Leliana, not Morrigan, even though Morrigan did mention giving the inquisition info on how to find him when I talked to her after. It seems that that makes the Warden letter stay neutral, and my Warden did NOT mention Morrigan and Kieran in the letter. Morrigan mentioned that the things in the letter she got would make Leliana blush, but like I said, it seemed that getting the war table mission through Leliana first bugged the result. I am pretty sad that there are small bugs littered throughout the playthrough. And it's not like I could have reloaded an earlier save since I could not know that the result of the wartable mission would be bugged because the mission takes like half a day to complete.
