How does it feel? There was an option to have sex with a desire demon.

How do things in the fade feel in general? Like pain when you fight in the fade, sex etc.
It's not physical.

Or what if for example two mages enter the fade consciously and then have sex there?

Any mentions in the books that I haven't read maybe about how things feel in the fade?

Having sex with a desire demon? Why would you even want that choice?

Maybe his/her warden is a nympho.

Doesn't matter, that choice makes absolutely no sense. You bang a desire demon, it enthralls you and you become its slave or it takes control of your body. Actually that might make an interesting game over sequence where your companions have to kill you before you kill everyone else.

Also its Inquisitor.

They only one who had the option of sleeping with a Desire Demon was the Warden so far and he/she was just fine afterwards.

Wait, you can bang a desire demon in Dragon Age: Origins? That is just facepalm worthy. Really BioWare? Banging a Succubus and no consequences afterword? (Tisk Tisk)

Well, in exchange you agree to let it live to possess Connor at a later date.

Should have been the bloody Warden and their idiocy, but plot convenience and that.

The human mage warden at least proved time and again that he/she is able to withstand the temptations of the fade.

How does banging a Desire Demon in exchange for letting it possess Connor == withstand temptations of the fade?

It's the direct opposite and only works because of PC plot armor or some other contrivance.

Why not? In Origins you can go to the brothel, ask to be surprised, and wake up next to a "husky dwarf," an "extraction tool," a sledge hammer of some sort, three pots of flowers and a whip, and a pack of Nugs:

Waking up after a wacky night of sex in a shady brothel is one thing, banging a Succubus is another.

He banged a frickin Succubus and lives to tell the tale he actually tasted the temptation instead of simply abstaining from it.

Tasting is giving in, not staying away.

There's no in-between, you either give in or you abstain. Sex with a Succubus is not abstaining from temptation at-bloody-all and you signed the death warrant for Connor which really should have been you but plot convenience.

As with most BW games..... sex with the desire demon had a consequence. It was needed to convince the demon to free a boy or learn Blood magic. Yes you could do these things without the sex, but it's to BW's credit that the sequence of event's leading to one or other or neither allowed each individual player the opportunity to craft their sequence themselves. This is the same event that allow Morrigan to go into the fade in your place and she doesn't get the sex option.

So like I said.... Player agency was maxed in that sequence where the player's choice could lead to peaceful, violent, sexy resolution for the boy's life with the option of unlocking a new class option.

Wrong tasting it is curiosity, which is one of the most important qualities of cognitive organisms. I also didn't say banging her is abstaining but withstanding, as in resisting.
Someone who abstains will never know if he could withstand.

You didn't resist anything, you just made a deal for it to infect a child sparing you the consequence of being infected because of Marty Sue syndrome when everyone else who banged a desire demon got turned into a thrall.

Disappointing.

Or clumsy because you don't know what you're doing.
